It's easy to think of yourself as the person you have been. Yet it is far more powerful to see yourself as the person you can become.

The mistakes and disappointments of the past may seem to be a major presence in your life. At this very moment, however, you can choose to leave them completely behind.

From this point on, your life is up to you. In each and every moment that is to come, you are free to choose your thoughts, your feelings, your actions and your attitude.

Consider the possibilities. Think about what could happen if the limitations you thought were there, were not really there at all.

Reach deep within yourself and connect your thoughts to the things that truly matter. Then imagine expressing those treasured values with the way you live each moment.

Beginning now, you can live with the richness and profound purpose that you know is right for you. From this point on, your life is yours to choose.

God said:

Do you really think there is anyone I love more than you? If you think so, then you are also saying that I am capable of loving more and loving less. I cannot love less. I have one child, and I love My
child. You see many children, and you categorize them, put them in piles, and put yourself in a pile by yourself, and perhaps feel
forlorn or perhaps feel haughty. Beloveds, I can only love with all
the love I have. I do not discriminate. Not at all. How could I? How
could I possibly denounce one child of Mine. If the world?s perception
were correct, and it were so that I have billions and trillions of
offspring, which one child could I love less, and which one could I
love more? I love. It is as simple as that. I love. I love this one,
and I love that one. I love you.

I have no choice in the matter, you understand. But even if I did have
choice, why would I choose to leave even one child loved less than all
the love I am capable of? That?s the difficulty with the relative
world. The world thinks of more, and it thinks of less. It sorts
people right and left by all kinds of arbitrary standards ? great
silliness it seems to Me. Of course, it seems nonsense to Me. To sort
people by clothes? By color? By nation? By gender? By profession? By
deed? By anything at all?

You might say in defense of your position: ?But God, what about
murderers? Why would you love them as much as you love a saint??

And I would say, with a smile of course, does a murderer need less of
My love than a saint? I might also say that a saint recognized My love
more than a murderer ever did, so, if I could love more, I would then
love the murderer more. But as it is, I love equally. I would not have
it any other way, while you purse your lips and say that a murderer
deserves punishment.

I would say that one who murders needs to perceive differently. I
would also say that one who judges and condemns one who murders also
needs to perceive differently. How you perceive affects what and whom
you perceive. If you wish to remove the concept of murder from the
world, then remove the hardness from your own heart.

Besides, have you not also had on occasion, murder in your heart? What
separates you from your brother, beloveds? Cain slew Abel, his own
brother. He thought his brother was loved more than he, and that he,
Cain, had been loved less. Anyone who slays slays his brother. He
foolishly thinks he can kill a hurt within himself by ending the life
of another. What lack of understanding one who murders has. He has no
understanding at all.

If you think you are better than another, if you think you are more
worthy than another, if you think you deserve more and that another
deserves less, you also lack understanding. Gain understanding more
than retribution. This makes you wise.

There is much said about forgiveness in the world. Yes, of course,
forgiveness wins the day over unforgiveness, yet, often, when you
forgive, you put yourself in a higher place than the one you forgive.
When you forgive, you are not to be like a King or Queen who bestow
favors. You are to be a humble brother who offers his heart to one who
needs it.

Honoring Your Creative Essence as You Manifest through Love.

Dearest Lightworkers, April was a powerful month for you. It carried
the "Easter" energies of the enlightened Christ Consciousness, the
Divine Masculine in its luminous form. As you experience this pure
energy, you experience also the pure energy of the Divine Feminine,
the Twin Flame of the Christ Light. In many of you this was felt as an
urge to align with the absolute truth of Who You Are, beyond
illusions, just pure Love and Truth. This meant facing up to the
illusions that you still carried within yourselves, and releasing
them. And, as you released, you felt also the pain and sorrow that
must be felt and released as you release illusions and embrace the
purity of the Christ Light within.

This powerful transforming and enlightening energy continues into May,
with the Wesak energies and the Buddha Full Moon on the 2nd of May.
This is the time when the enlightened energies of the Divine
Masculine, represented by the Buddha, touch down onto the Earth and
provide a powerful surge of awakening and enlightenment. You will
continue to feel this urge to align with absolute truth and to release
all that is illusion.

You will know what is illusion as you feel with your Heart, and in
your body. When you feel fear, anxiety, anger or stress, then you are
in illusion and you are allowing your mind to shape your reality. When
you feel Love, Peace, Calm and Serenity, then you are aligned with the
Absolute Truth of your Soul and Who You Are, as expressed through your
Heart.

For you are, each of You, a spark of the Divine Flame, and each of you
carries as your core "truth" the light of Divine Love. And this
expresses itself through your Heart as Unconditional Love, Compassion
and Gratitude - the attributes of the enlightened being.

But, we see in many of you, confusion and anxiety, as you release very
old "conditioned" feelings that lie within your psyches. In your
culture, which goes back nearly 2000 years, there is a strong tendency
to judge from duality and to see the self and the planet as unworthy,
sinful, guilty, and needing to be "purged" and cleansed. This is the
old "illusion" that you are now releasing, and as you do this, you
begin to embrace the New Earth and to create from integrity and
clarity. You will feel deep anxiety at times, for you are giving up
and releasing a belief about yourself and the planet that is deeply
ingrained in the Collective Consciousness. Your sense of "reality" is
being challenged and reshaped as you embrace Absolute Love and release
the illusions of pain, suffering and apocalyptic punishment.

The "end" has come and gone, and you are already creating the New.
Allow yourself to release all the old fears and anxieties and the
dramas of destruction and death, and focus on creating the New. There
are powerful new energies present in this year that will allow you to
embrace All that you Are, and become a powerful Co-Creator with Spirit
in this project of the New Earth.

Honoring your Creative Essence
One of the gifts of awakening is the understanding, dearest
Lightworkers, that you are the Creators of your own Reality. That
everything that you have experienced, has been created by you from
your Soul and Spirit. As you awaken, you will learn more clearly how
to be "conscious creators", and how to manifest through Love, in
partnership with Spirit.

But, this means that you must create and manifest from your awakened
and enlightened being, and from Unconditional Love, Compassion and
Gratitude. You must Love yourself enough to love your creations, and
to honor what you have created, for this is how you honor the Divine
within you, which is your Creative Essence or Spirit.

For we see that many of you do not love yourselves enough, and so you
do not honor your own creations, often needing to destroy them through
anger and through creating painful dramas of the mind. We would say to
you, learn to know that you are evolving and growing in your ability
to manifest and create. When you can accept that what you create is
good and beautiful, because you are good and beautiful, then you will
express the deep gratitude that you will feel for this "gift" of
creative essence from the Source.

Remember, in the "Genesis" story of the Creation, the Source created
and then said: "It is Good!". This blessing of Creation was the
prerequisite for continued creation into higher levels of complexity,
culminating with the creation and evolution of the Human Angelic
Species through the Adam Kadmon template, or the Elohim template for
Human Perfection.

The Source did not look at the creations and then destroy them in
order to create again. Rather, each creative days work was honored for
what it was, and creation was allowed to unfold into its richness and
diversity. And it was good!

But, many of you have lost connection with your creative energy and
processes, as you judge your creations and say: "It is bad! It needs
to be destroyed!". Now, this is because you do not honor yourself and
your abilities. You are all creative, but you may say, for example, "I
cannot paint or make music or..". But, of course you can! And the more
you paint and dance and make music, the more you acquire the skills to
enjoy the creative journey and the more your creative efforts will
reflect the joy of who you are. You don't need to destroy every work
so that you can make a better one. Rather, you will enjoy your past
efforts as you move to skilled and more fluent creations. You will
enjoy your past works and use them as the basis for new and more
skilled works as you become more skilled, and as you grow and evolve.

And so, we say, dearest Lightworkers, that you are all creative
artists here on the planet! You are the artists of "reality creation".
Stop, then, seeking to destroy your own creation. Know that you are
growing in your creative skills, and it is good. Look at what you have
created, and see the Beauty and Love reflected. And know that your
ongoing creations will reflect ever more of that Love and Light, and
you will awaken and become more skilled in your creative expression.

And know that you do not need to destroy in fear and anger, in order
to create again. Just gently release your old creations, without
judgment, and focus on what you will create NOW, as the Creator that
you are at this moment.

You are empowered to create the New Earth now. As you work together to
release the angers, fears and illusions of the past, let them be
replaced by Love, Compassion and Gratitude. Then, you will learn to
create with the skill that manifests creations of Absolute Love and
Grace that will reflect the Love within you at this time. It is your
choice, dearest Lightworkers, creation is always a matter of choice,
focus and intention. Be present now, in the moment, and create from
the absolute integrity of who you are. And then, indeed, you will
create miracles of love and joy that will bring you great feelings of
gratitude.

Do Not Fear the Earth
The Earth, this planet, is your home, and you are co-creating her
reality together. Do not fear her, dearest Lightworkers. So many of
you live in fear and anxiety about disasters and catastrophes that you
feel must come. Have we not said to you before that the gift of the
Crystal children was to bring to the planet a Christ Consciousness so
powerful that it was able to transmute all the negative prophecies
about the "end times". Your children are the key to a brighter
future.. They know that there is nothing to fear.

The Crystal Children would not continue to come to the planet in such
numbers if the planet were doomed to destruction. They are far too
clever for that! Their powerful and loving consciousness is here to
create a powerful and loving future. Dearest Lightworkers, align with
the energy of the Crystal Children and they will show you how to
release fear.

Learn rather, how to honor the Earth and her cycles of energy. Connect
with the Elementals in their work, invite them into your gardens and
homes. Honor the phases of the Sun and the Moon, the Equinoxes and the
Solstices. Honor those festivals that are sacred to you and that
express your spiritual life.

And then, as you build and create a loving and supportive relationship
with the Earth, you will lose your fear. You will come to see the
planet as a warm and loving home that provides for you while you are
here. Your needs are met and you are safe. You will create together
with the Earth, and you will enjoy her energies and her
transformations. Yes, know that you are always safe, and that your
Higher Self and the Angelic Realm watch over you at all times. You
have chosen to be part of this New Earth, and you are always safe and
protected at all times. Allow yourself to feel that love and
protection, and so create from fearlessness and joy.

Dearest ones, indeed a bright future awaits you. The new energy
continues to illumine the Earth and to bring more love. The Crystal
Children come in increasing numbers with their Galactic consciousness.
Again we say to you, release the illusions. Know that is you feel fear
or anxiety or anger or pain, then your mind is creating from illusion.
If you feel Love and Peace, then your Soul and Spirit are creating
through your Heart.

Soon, you will learn to align the Mind with the Heart, as you learn to
walk in Absolute Truth. So, at this time of transformation, be aware
of those times when your mind says one thing and your heart says
another. Being able to walk your talk in absolute integrity is the
skill of Creative Manifestation that brings forth miracles of Love on
the New Earth.

The Energies in May
The sun will be in Taurus, transiting to Gemini on the 21st of May.
The most powerful moment of the month will be the Buddha Full Moon on
the 2nd of May. You will feel this powerful energy as it floods the Earth.

On the 16th of May, it is the New Moon in Taurus, and Mars moves into
its own house of Aries. This is a powerful combination of Masculine
and Feminine energies, for the 2nd house of Taurus is ruled by the
Goddess planet, Venus. At this time you can also expect powerful
energies of alignment to be present.

Jupiter is retrograde in Sagittarius between 18 and 15 degrees, and
Pluto is retrograde at 28 degrees. This energy of transformation will
allow you to revisit some old issues that need to be sorted out and
aligned with your new truth. These will include relationships, money,
and how you express your spirituality with others.

When the sun moves into Gemini, in the second part of the month, the
energy of the Twin Flames will once again be highlighted, and the Full
Moon in Sagittarius on the 1st of June will be another powerful moment
of illumination and transition.

And so, dearest Lightworkers, we wish you light and grace on your path
in this month.

The Spiritual Lessons in Loving Relationships

Pursuing a loving relationship with another human being is one of life's greatest quests. It begins in early adolescence, motivating and dictating our behavior. For many of us, this part of the life journey becomes an all-consuming passion. The idea of having a loving partner, no longer walking alone, seems to hold a promise that everything will be as it should be, that everything will work itself out. We hold a core belief that another person, their very approach, their essence, will complete parts of us that are incomplete. Consequently, by finding a loving partner we will become whole; we will find peace.

To love another is one of the most important steps on the spiritual path. Personal relationships are the purifier of the soul. A loving partner teaches us about who we as a person and a spiritual being. A relationship asks us to take some one else into account in every move we make. To be with another is to share our power and wealth as beings. We are not absolute and singular in the life journey. It is a conscious act of taking ourselves out of a self-centered orbit, into a new energy field created by two

A loving partner also provides the key to knowing so many parts of us that would otherwise be hidden to us. In the course of a relationship our partner reflects what is good and loving about us, as well as where we need to change and where to grow as human beings. The gift of love and partnership is an experience in finding a deeper understanding and relationship within us, the true basis of our soul journey. To love another provides a window into the soul, a significant gift we all need for the advancing state of our spiritual being.

Personal relationships also bring into focus one of the hardest parts of the spiritual path, the journey within. This is the most private and sacred part of life. In order to know ourselves and advance in our state of consciousness requires time and effort, for the most part alone. To begin realizing and dealing with the dichotomy that exist for each of us between our inner and outside world takes a lot of work. In order to grow and advance, there is a degree of separation from others and the outside world that is required by each of us. When we are in a relationship, the needs of our partner can be all consuming and come into conflict with our spiritual path.


OLD WOUNDS, PATTERNS, DRAMAS

We all need to take time to closely examine our needs, beliefs, as well as our wounds. Our path and practices are the way for us to understand our true desire, the truth about who we are and what we want. Once discerned, getting our truth out into the open can create healing on so many levels of our being. With this information, we are able to move forward with a deeper understanding and confidence of ourselves and our needs. This is the basis of moving forward and consciously finding the love we desire; free of the bonds of our life wounds.

When a relationship ends, rather than experiencing all of the emotions and the range of potential healing that can come with time and introspection, we look for the next friendly face. By doing this we accumulate energy, trapped in our body, which remains in us as we move to the next relationship. Rather than being in a clear and healed place, we begin a relationship anew, wounded and certainly not as strong as we would be if we were to honor ourselves and our life experience by taking time to heal. In effect we arrive at the doorway of a new relationship with suitcases in tow, filled with the residual energy of all the relationships that have come before.

When I entered into my current relationship, the memories of my past, held in the subconscious were activated and my mind was filled with all kinds of sound bites. Some we suspicious, while others relayed the vulnerability of age and each in succession brought a whole range of emotions, one after the next. Fortunately I had the foundation of my own self-healing work that comes from meditation and the psychic message of my teacher. Rather than run, I began to verify everything that was running through my mind with the intent of validating what I was thinking and feeling. One by one, I ticked off my list, only to find that all of what was flying through my mind had no place in the present day or situation.

Much in the same way, we rarely go back through our lives and reexamine the influences that have brought us to our current place on the Spirit path. After all it is as equally important relationship as anything we would experience in the physical, it's just harder to perceive. The images and beliefs of our childhood, the influences of our parents and others we have met and listened to along the way, crowd the corners of our minds, unheard but reaching into every segment of our being. A loving relationship, in a spiritual sense with whatever belief system we hold requires all of the caring, thought and foresight as anything we could experience in the physical. We just never think about keeping our spiritual relationship alive and nurtured, as we do with the person beside us in bed.


Here's an exercise for you to do:

Journal, meditate or contemplate on your prior relationships. This will help you in beginning to examine your patterns in relationships with a loving partner. There are four intentions in doing this:

1. The first involves gaining self-awareness and understanding of your patterns of behavior in loving relationships.

2. Then try to determine how your relationship patterns have more to do with you, than the other person.

3. Identify trends in the types of personalities you attract and bring into your life. We often attract people who become our best spiritual teachers, reflecting to us our core beliefs, tendencies and patterns of reality.

4. Relate your personal loving experiences to your behavior in relationship with the Divine.

Then begin to create new energy with the following visualization:

1. Visualize the details of the physical, spiritual, and emotional attributes of your ideal partner.

2. Include what you have experienced, what you desire and what you are willing to offer a loving partner.

3. Resolve how the relationship will create a positive impact on your spiritual unfolding and path.

DIVINE LOVE

The spiritual journey opens up to us based upon our willingness to release our sense of being all powerful and creator in our lives. It isn't all about us, not really. A relationship in any form is about two people, working toward becoming one. And the primary one, the one we are really after is not with another human being. The effort we put forth to find a personal relationship is a reflection of a deep soul urge for a direct relationship with the Divine. With our first breath and the activation of the physical senses, we begin the earthly sojourn, seemingly cut off from the most important desire of our soul. The gift of personal love becomes an opportunity to conceptualize a relationship with the Divine and through our practices have a first-hand experience.

Several years ago I was in a deeper than usual meditation period. I found myself in a truly sublime, energetic place I had not experienced before. Within a few seconds I experienced a sense of the most overwhelming, loving energy. I was engulfed in a love I never knew before. Trying to describe what I felt would pale in comparison to the actual experience. What I can say is for that brief period of time, I was experiencing pure, Divine love. I had a sense of completeness unlike anything I could begin to compare or relate. There was no longer a subconscious presence, the unheard, silent words in the background of my being. For that instant I was completely united, no longer fragmented by my thoughts of myself or the reflection of others. I was consumed.

After the feeling passed, I opened my eyes. I knew on a deep, soul level, as we can only ever know through meditation, that I had a first-hand experience of the Divine love. I now knew why humankind is always searching for love.

As I continued to reflect on my experience, I came to understand that the sense of peace and harmony, the oneness I experienced in meditation is in each of us. On that level, in the very core of our being, we have an intrinsic understanding and knowing of this love and oneness. It resides as a silent beacon, guiding us in our search of love and reintegration with the Divine. To be one again, by fully experiencing this love, brings each us of into the loving relationship we yearn for. It is the basis of comparison for all that we experience in the physical world.

Going with the flow is what we are able to do when we understand what the flow is. Divine flow in life is what we try to integrate into our practical reality world in order to make our flow loving and harmonious. If we go with the flow of the energies around us and do not have this harmony within, we are engrossed and overwhelmed by the chaos that slips into our life.

Life is a challenge and a reward all in one. Too often we forget to lighten up and we take everything too seriously, especially ourselves. The serious adult takes over and we forget to feel happy and alive. We forget to stop and smell the flowers. Everyday it is important to do meditation and align our chakra centers. It is important to acknowledge that we are spirits and to say hello to our spirit guides and helpers. It is good to surround yourself in the loving light of spirit and also to use the Violet Flame of St. Germaine to clear and change unwanted patterns within your forcefield. Here is a mantra that works well.

I call forth the Violet Flame of Transformation and surround myself
and my life within it now. I call to St.Germaine, the Ascended Masters
and Angels of Light; I call to my Higher Self and Spirit Essence.
Surround me now and forever in the Light of Source that opens my eyes
and awareness to Divine Truth of Light Within. Bring forth The Violet
transmuting Flame of Light and transmute all negative and unwanted
energies in my forcefield. Show me my own Inner Light and harmony,
bless me with awareness. Beloved I am, Beloved I am, Beloved I am.

This year, 2007 (27/9), is all about assessment, discernment and
detachment, with a constant eye to taking your part in the
manifestation of the enlightened society we are all working for. You
will reap all the rewards of your past achievements, which will
provide the resources for this year's building projects for a new
world. Overall, this is not a year to be very reclusive. It's time to
share what you have learned and discover what others have learned.
Through this process, everyone gains greater understanding in order
to maintain harmony and peace, which will uplift and enlighten
everyone on all levels. The goal is to come to an understanding and
realization of the oneness of humankind, to blend your ideas and
ideals into universal consciousness and blend personal love into
universal love, knowing that all these concepts are not mutually
exclusive.

May (23/5) will be a month of changes leading to opportunities for
adventure and true freedom that will bring up any remaining issues
of self-trust and self-confidence. These energies and experiences show
you that you can. Face them and release any fears or inner conflicts
that limit you. Don't forget to let your mind have some adventure
and explore areas you've never gone before. This really is the new
frontier. The decisions, the choices that you make are the foundation
for the future. The goal is to promote progress and civilization
through versatility in both thought and action while holding to the
good of all.

MAY 1 TO MAY 5, 2007

This month starts with the energies of transformation and
release-death of the old and birth of the new. This is a karmic
vibration; you can't escape it. This vibration can be intense, because
it is the combination of two male energies, so you will be pushed to
seek right action in everything that you do this week. In a sense
you may feel a bit rebellious, so choose wisely, so that in rebelling
against the old, you remember that not all of it was bad. Rebel
against unrighteousness, injustice and hypocrisy, and you will release
so that you can build anew. The goal is to reconstruct, to promote
growth, to release anything within that prevents you from bringing
your spiritual insights into a practical form and structure through
new ideas, plans and opportunities that open the door for progress.

It begins with a day of increased sensitivities in order for you to
become aware of what you've kept under the surface, so that you can
bring it to consciousness and move into energies that support the
objective evaluation of it. As you investigate and evaluate, keep your
vision of what you want before you and compare, in order to select
what you want to keep. Then you're given a day of easy-flowing
energies for you to accept that you created the "good stuff" too, as
you are spontaneously exposed to what you've achieved. Friday is a day
to share what you've learned and to listen to others-and at the same
time, use that as a springboard to what you wish to do next. You'll
plant the seeds of that on Saturday, so rely on your intuition and
intellect in tandem to choose your direction forward.

Now is the time to take responsibility for the good things in your
life-without getting a big head! There will be a lot of spontaneity
this week to remind you of what's good and what might need a bit of
tweaking. Use your mind, your powers of honest observation and your
feelings to determine what details of your life might need some
investigation to sense what doesn't seem to fit. Then decide what you
want to do about it, if anything. Once you've decided, act with
conviction. The goal is to promote progress for yourself and those
around you by accepting that you did it-good or bad-deciding what
needs to be fixed, if anything, and then fixing it.

The week begins with a strong connection to spirit to remind you that
there are messages everywhere if you are aware. Realization of this
brings you to a day of joy and free expression of who you are, so
use your inner guidance to give you direction as you move into an
intense day of being the master builder on the material plane, the one
who makes the mystical part of the mundane, giving you a sense of
fulfillment and completion. You then have a day with a strong sense of
adventure and change for you to release any remaining limitations in
your thoughts, so that the following increased sensitivity with the
underlying push to be the master builder begins to open your awareness
and acceptance of the joy that is you. This brings you to a point of
inspiration and revelation about your thinking and where it needs to
be tweaked to fit your vision. You end the week with energies that
bestow a sense of abundance in your life and your environment.

This week hints of the old order changing to the new as you and groups
are presented with opportunities to use creative energies and promote
peace. This week is full of creative energies. Understand that
creativity is not limited to music, art or writing. Every time you do
something, in your way, you are creating. Use the energies this week
to express your ideas for the expansion and growth of all in your
own way. The goal is to move into your own new order of things in your
own way as you allow others to do the same.

The week starts with the energies of relationships, of sharing the
deeper understandings you have achieved and preparing to use that
knowledge as a foundation to move forward. You are then given

You will be given a day to be aware of the messages of the "how"
of bringing peace and balance into your affairs if you keep all
aspects of you in balance. Then you'll feel the joy of expressing who
you are in your relationships. The balance keeps you able to express
yourself and allow others to do the same without judgment. As this
interchange occurs, you begin to get more news of the new order, to be
that forerunner for better conditions as you start to value system and
order as a foundation for true growth and freedom. From that point,
you are brought to balancing the joy of creation that comes with true
freedom and the realization that we all create together. This raises
the question of whether we will create through conflict, resulting in
limitations, or through cooperation, which opens up the universe.

within and reassess and, if necessary, reconstruct how you think about
your life, your experiences, yourself. The energy is here for you to

building of your thoughts is necessary. Keep your thinking flexible
and adaptable, and information will float to the surface and bring
light and reality to your situation. Your goal is to listen to your
inner voice and remain flexible in your thinking, so that information

The week begins with examples and experiences of what the goal for the
week is. Be prepared to be flexible in your thinking and to be open to
other perspectives. This moves to an easy-flowing day when you
are asked to take responsibility, and use that to teach and heal
yourself and others, using the underlying master healer/christed
consciousness energies-which moves you into the underlying energies of
the master builder on the physical plane, requiring you to integrate
all the lessons of the past into your life experience in some way. On
this day of sowing what you reap, you can evaluate the clarity of your
thoughts and creation, so that you can clarify your desires with the
power of your imagination and plant the seeds of what you will
integrate as a further step to your new order. This is followed by
more master energies of the spiritual messenger, so stay open for the
spontaneous messages that will be all around you today, to help you
to bring balance and harmony to your creation. This brings you to true
spiritual joy, which is a feeling of complete inner peace and harmony,
because the week ends with more information that the new order is full
of structure and joy as long as you are open to changing your perspective.

concept of stewardship of your own achievements, advancements and
rewards. The test is whether you can wisely and independently handle
the gifts that you have. Stay in tune with your higher mind and your
higher values, and you will be able to use your energies in a
constructive way in all your experiences on the physical plane. The
goal is to combine all your wisdom and knowledge of your spirit and
your physical reality and manifest that foundation on the material
plane, so that the inspirations coming to you fall on fertile soil.

The month ends with opportunities to manifest wisdom in your life,
beginning with experiences to help you understand freedom and that
true freedom does not come from limitations. These can be restless
energies, and your challenge will be to use them constructively by
exercising patience and determination to be and do everything in your
own way, so that these constructive efforts will bring the joy of your
accomplishments. Your awareness and sensitivity are then increased, so
that you are open to your own hidden power and knowledge as subtle
messages from the master present themselves to assist you to visualize
what you want and to keep that vision before you. Finally, you are
given a day of easy-flowing energies of cooperation in order to share
what you have learned and to complete this stage of preparation for
next year's dawning of the new order. End the month by sharing and
relating to others, so that you are open to the inspirations and
awareness that you are to bring into balance in June.

You will know by now that everything is energy, and it is continually changing as it is affected by the power of thought. Even now you are determining the way your reality is manifesting, although there are greater energies that give considerable upliftment at specific times. There has always been a plan to gradually ease you into the higher vibrations, and it has gathered pace as you head for the final thrust. We can determine the levels of energy that are best suited to you as a whole, and it allows for sensible progress all through the spectrum of Light.


There are powerful Beings who oversee your progress who could change you in an instance, but that is not the manner in which the end times have been planned. It is intended to allow each soul the opportunity to rise up through their own choice and endeavors. Accordingly there is much encouragement given and continual enlightenment as to what is taking place. You talk about those who have ears to hear, and this is the crux of the matter as not everyone will respond. There are various reasons for this and many feel uncomfortable with a truth that is different to their present perceptions.

We apply no pressure at all on anyone, but as soon as the responses indicate another awakening soul there are many helpers that give guidance. A simple indication of intent to break out of the mould of ages past will come to our notice, and a new path will be designated. We help clear what are often confused and erroneous beliefs that otherwise block a souls progress. There is no judgement as the cycle of duality is in some ways a trap for the unwary. For too long you have been led to believe that materialistic wealth is a desirable goal, and compete for a greater status and position in your society.


The idea that you should be satisfied with enough and thus share with all others according to their needs, is not a concept that has been taken up by very many of you. You are for example programmed by advertising to believe that you must have certain standards of living, which are continually fuelled by the desire of wanting the latest model or version. The most insidious development has been the encouragement to acquire wealth in never ending amounts. This can be patently seen as the cause of greed, and means that wealth is in the hands of the minority thus denying others of an equal share.


One of the changes you will experience in the not too distant future is a dramatic change in how wealth is distributed. A re-distribution of it will take place, and as a result it will be seen there is sufficient for every single person that will cover his or her needs. It will evoke a new way of thinking that will come so naturally to most people, and with it a realization that it will abolish poverty. At present there is an imbalance that is causing so much hardship and distress, and it will be addressed by the monumental changes planned.


You have to understand that any successful society is based upon the coming together of a multitude of different skills. Some will be professional members having the necessary qualifications to give such vital services such as doctors. Others will take their place giving to society according to their abilities, but clearly not all can command a place in the better paid occupations. A balance has to be achieved to ensure a fully functioning set up, where the needs of everyone are catered for to ensure a fair standard of living. This does not always happen, yet each person is a vital cog in the smooth running of any society. Recognition of the value of every person’s contribution will eventually eliminate the unfairness in monetary rewards that exits today. Eventually, you will find that money has no place in an enlightened society that has recognized the equality of each of its members.


Following First Contact, there will be such technological changes that all of your basic needs will be covered. Free energy will be the basis of much that will come to you, and immediately it will eliminate the need to continue using methods that are polluting your earth, air and seas. At a stroke it will enable changes that will ensure that once the present damage to your environment is reversed, there will be no further usage of methods that have caused such damage. Without help we have to say that the inadequate attempts to alleviate the situation would not prevent the disaster that is waiting to happen.


Your Earth is presently dying and eventually so would the Human Race. We do not make these comments to chasten you as it is simply a fact of life. It results from your Industrial Revolution, and is not helped by the more recent suppression of alternative methods of clean energy, that could have greatly eliminated the damage to Earth and all of its life forms. We have foreseen it and often taken steps to avoid an greater catastrophe. Certainly there has been no intention on our part to stand by and allow life to be decimated.


However, there has always been a plan that involves your evolution, and it is part of your experience to understand the result of your actions. Sometimes it saddens us to have to stand aside and witness the collapse of your eco-systems, but how else will you realize that it is a result of your own actions. You have been given freedom of choice, but with it comes responsibility, and fortunately there are great numbers of you who are now awakening to the truth.


Your voices demand change but your pleas fall upon deaf ears because you are in the clutches of the dark forces. They only consider their plans for a controlled Humanity and see you as a dispensable item. They care little that millions die while they push ahead with their plan for global domination. However, the dark cabal and their minions are running on borrowed time, and soon will be prevented from continuing with their assault upon your freedom.


I am SaLuSa of the Galactic Federation, and pleased to confirm that the actions of the dark are being limited. Switch it up!

Greetings!

We are reaching a time of great internal reflection and personal
transformation! My thoughts are with you as we move into another period of expansion during May.

Healthy Vibrations

Switch it up!!

Many have wondered during these times of great perplexity, "what is
causing my illness or disease?" This is the great question our
scientists are pondering at this time of a health crisis and continual
degradation in our national health. We often wonder how do we treat
our symptoms and how often do we take drugs to heal our bodies?

But the true question to ask is, "How much do I take responsibility
for the condition of my present health?" This is a hard question to
ask ourselves when we are all but barely keeping up with the constant
stresses of modern civilization. But if we want to survive the coming
years, we really need to ask ourselves this tough question now! And we
need to be realistic about how often we are sabotaging our
concentrated efforts to take care of our health. It's not easy being
human, and especially not now!

So I wanted to take a moment and give you a little background on what
is occurring in our Unified Field of life force right now and how we
can make little adjustments so that we can cope and also begin to
flourish in the case of our natural health.

The Planetary consciousness is going through a momentous change at
this particular time and it is affecting all of us. Not only is it
affecting how we live our lives but also it is affecting the very
nature of our biology in how it relates to the natural environment and
its eco-system. When you think of planetary consciousness try to
imagine it as a balloon of hot air that is floating above our heads
and it is getting bigger and broader and is beginning to leak and
float around in ways that blocks our long-term vision as well as our
thinking process in the moment. This big, bloated bag of hot air is
really beginning to bug us!

And so I recommend that we allow ourselves to ignore this hot air
balloon and work on ways to maintain our focus on the future path in
front of us. Keep testing internally how life is feeling, how the body
is responding and how much you want to feel happy and whole. By
redirecting our focus this way, we are in a sense, dis-connecting from
the massive obstruction of destructive consciousness that is floating
in space all around us. By keeping our thoughts and ideas focused on
how we want to live and the vision of our future aligning with our
truth and destiny, then it doesn't really matter what is happening in
the world around us as long as we begin to take action on our own behalf.

This is a key ingredient to regaining and maintaining health and
well-being. For us to live in a holistic manner we need to understand
just how important our decisions and choices are! Our entire make-up
as a biological human being is reliant on the energetic frequencies
that resound around this planetary system and we have the opportunity
to choose just what frequencies make us happy and healthy. Oh no, you
say, just another hair-brained idea that I have to add to all the
other stuff on my list to do!!

Well, this is not so much another chore to do, but a new approach or
way of operating in our daily lives on this planet. The "to do" lists
stay the same! It is how we do the list of mundane tasks in life that
needs to change. We either stay where we are, and continue to live
from the established frequency. Or we determine that life is not quite
how we like it to be, and so we're going to lock onto another
frequency, another differentiation of time and space coordinates so
that we can really live a healthy and happy life!

Ok, so how do we do this frequency switch? That is the question we
should be asking, because as long as we apply ourselves in the same
way all the time expecting different results we will be sadly
disappointed and distracted. I suggest that we take ourselves out of
our common reality by searching for an image and vibration that fits
us better. And then take the time, every day, to reach for that
vibration, that feeling, in the very deepest part of ourselves and
hold on. Hold on for as long as we can! Hold on and breathe it into
our hearts, into our minds, into the core of our being. Just keep
breathing the new vibration of health and happiness into our whole
body so that we begin to emanate out a new frequency! Wow, it's the
frequency of love and life and it is amazing to feel inside!

By making this very important switch in our electro-magnetic fields we
have changed our lives forever! This very simple move will not only
reverse the damage done over years of negative programming, but it
will also allow us to reverse-vortex all the toxic consciousness that
has imploded from the "hot air bag" floating around.

By taking the time to switch up our vibration into love and light we
are changing the very configuration of our biology and mental capacity
for higher consciousness- --the re-connectivity to our super
consciousness. By raising our moment to moment vibration we have
regenerated the channels of connection to our Higher Self and can
begin to re-program our natural health in ways we never had available
before.

For the very nature of our health and disease is being tracked by our
superconscious awareness and can be accessesed by switching up our
vibrational frequency. We will be able to reach our superconscious
awareness and team up in a concentrated effort to redirect the health
of our body. By merging with our higher consciousness we can begin to
command the natural rhythm and flow of life force throughout our
entire biological system.

As a holistic being we must recognize that our physical health is
responding to our mental, emotional and spiritual components-- -it is
clear just how much our health is determined by our daily choices and
emotional wellbeing. Know all the dots are connected and the whole
picture is available to our conscious awareness and the journey back
to health begins.

Just remember---it' s all in the breath and the vibration we choose to
inhale into our bio-energetic systems. By merging with the Soul
presence and maintaining a continual practice of life-affirming breath
we will be able to rebirth not only our physical bodies but our chosen
paths in life. The choice is ours, so choose wisely!! Namaste!
