Question: How can I allow myself to enjoy life more without shouldering the worries of the world on top of my own inner concerns? And why do I feel like I’m so disoriented and not really here?

Answer: Your profound awareness is your greatest ally now. Love can be
easy if you allow that everyone is a god, and remember that God is in
everyone and everything. You are matter returning to Spirit and you have
come full circle back to the ALL in ALL, while you still remain embodied.
For, if life did not exist, eternity would still prevail. But, you changers
of change have biologically grounded your new blended enlightened Earth
selves in your new bodies and have left the DNA map for humanity to follow.
This ends biological cell separation from your soul spirit forever, so you
can stop the energy leak of reliving the planet’s past, for those who
choose.

You have brought with you, all the potentials that exist or will ever
exist, as your universe returns to the original dream you all created
together 10 billion years ago. Humanity will continue to create, blend, and
problem solve as they renew the Earth, without the judgments that shattered
your core oneness, by the illusion that love could not protect fear. Will
you awakened ones, be able to mitigate enough of the damage of the leaking
negativity of the social unconsciousness, from the old Dream in order to
have a smooth Earth transition in the next decade? What you choose right now
will determine that! You wonder why your oil is so expensive. How many oil
or energy leaks do you have, where you’re spending your time reliving your
past, dulling the artistic impressions and precognitions you could be
receiving for your virgin creations that could offer up new time lines. If
you choose past thoughts and feelings, then you will again be subject to
their enslavement as well s their disasters. Are you prepared to live out
their Earth changes for them again? Your new currency will be your creative
thoughts, and every thought will count towards your freedom from the mass
conscious destiny or not. Will you forgive your human mistakes and move on?
Will you live as your spirit again or not?

Many angels are now incarnating to bring their unique gifts from the
many parts of the universe to share, as they fold in the mid-heavens, to
reconstruct space time to help rejuvenate Earth, for change is necessary and
constant. Your Spirit cannot be made sick, afraid, or feel unloved, or in
any kind of lack. If you are the ALL, then you can receive whatever you wish
from the ALL, can you not? The human self can let go now, as the
human-angel- god begins to move and play and multi task in multiple time
spaces at once. This is what you all came for, to bring something from other
worlds you had created and re-sculpt it on earth, so all could share in the
experience. Such playful love, allows the Earth a new experience as well, a
dream even beyond what you originally scripted together.

If, unconscious humanity begins to feel from the awakened ones and the
children, that they can create or precipitate whatever they want or need,
then the fear power brokers of the old dream will soon be left alone with
all their toys, while the rest of the planet creates around them. Those who
remain in the false dream can join and serve the original dream again, if
they have the stamina and enough pure essence DNA left to sustain their life
force. If the core of the being is threatened by giving up its identity of
judgment, blame, control, then how can the identity feel safe enough to
remember, maintain, or birth its connection to spirit? But for now, this is
where the old dreamers derive happiness, while you are remembering that
happiness is an internal state of being, where no person, circumstance, or
event will give you that! There is no judgment on any of this, just the
physics of creational energies.

Can you give yourselves permission to write a new script with your new
enlightened selves, in new vibration-al bodies, in new experiences of trust,
making it up as you go along? This is exactly what you did when you left
your comic sun to learn to become physical creators? You are the awakeners,
creators and un-creators of world’s and universes, sculptures of new life,
who continue to receive new seeds of consciousness. You play with them,
touch, taste, dream, incubate, pre-cognate, travel, and map make these new
blends, while sharing, blessing, and multiplying these symbolic energies in
the world, so that others can ground them into their new creations. Again
this is the magic of creating. It pressures the old energies in all your
bodies’ hard wiring, as cosmic electricity or primordial desire, shatters
what can no longer be endured in a higher, more potent experience of love; a
holographic union in a holographic library where all your truths can find
their way to expression.

You no longer need to spend time polishing your awareness, for your
consciousness is aware of your awareness. It is time to create with this
cosmic fire, which humanity has often mistaken as an excuse for some distant
angry or even abusive god, rather than a living, loving, and compassionate
God, where the attributes of truth, honesty; justice, purity; beauty,
goodness, virtue, or praise are not worn out unliveable cliches. Rather,
they are actual strands in the DNA that have been altered and stripped of
their power memory, through over reactive ravaging emotions and beliefs,
stripped of their inherent spiritual qualities.

You can choose to be free of dependencies; to be so grounded in your
own body of love, so protected from discord, that your experiences and
interactions are simple, clean, clear, and expansive, where magic is as
common as a thought. All Bodies on Earth are charging up their
electromagnets just as the Earth is! As they do, they cast off the final
remnants of the animal DNA-brain. If humans cease animal behavior, then
would they need to eat other’s energy or would they eat their own truth?
Would they need war machines or would they share resources and make their
planet a community? Would they find God in a religion or inside their own
hearts?

You see, you have all your own solutions, because your nature as Gods
is to create, using your own body vehicles as creation chambers to contain
the physical world in more fluid time. You notice that your bodies wobble
and morph as you feel less and less human, and spend less and less time in
the old fading Earth dream. That old parallel dream controlled your
awareness for you, told you that Spirit was broken and had a virus, and that
cosmic desire was lost, locked in time, and that would never change. You
believed the arcs between the physical and non physical realms had been
destroyed, as you watched your dimensions collapse and turn in on themselves
in a constant attempt to balance, so that your experiment in creative
evolution could endure.

Indeed, you have endured, because you enjoyed the dance of your
eternal selves in a romance with time, making you the most modern lovers in
the universe, where the impersonal and the personal can wed, and where love
can never be used as a weapon again. You see now, that only judgment can.
Even now, you can let go of the illusion that your Eternal Light was ever
separated from your core. Could you honestly observe and enjoy your
interchange with any other human, as you play with them in multiple
perceptions, and no longer find judgment? Try such freedom, where you heart
can no longer be troubled. When you can answer this to your own
satisfaction, then you will know why you are here!

For, either you believe you are your Spirit, a primary manifestation
of all life and love, or not. So, get out your coloring book.

Enter Your Own Dream-

You will feel more stable, enjoy life here, and be less distracted by
outer world agendas, if you enter into your own simplicity and let spirit
live you through your imagination as it once did when you were a creator.
Imagination is simple, costs nothing, and is found in the closing of the
eyes. What would you create if money were not an issue? If you were a child
again, what would you create as your favorite magical game, which might
become your new business? Could you travel or teleport now to a distant star
like you once did when you were 4 years old instead of trying to get the
same effect from computerized virtual reality? If you could let yourself
love freely, who would you invite in to your heart you thought would never
come? If you could have all the love you wanted, then how would you wish to
be treated? If your body were perfectly healthy, would you want to live 200
more years, for eternity is unaffected by the passage of time. Can your
spirit live you as a movie, a book, a musical, a school, a flower garden, or
a joy being in the theatre of your own universe? Then you, as creator, have
become the participant of your own re-entry to a new life of experiences.

They are not virtual or false, or felt by not having to vacate your
own experience, but by going so deeply within the self, such that you turn
yourself inside out. Thus allowing yourself to bounce back and forth from
the creation chamber or the VOID and bring back a new potential to play with
like a child who wants to capture his first snowflake without it melting in
his hand!

I'm Here, Where Are You?

The choice to be spiritually whole is not so much a decisions as it is a point in our spiritual evolution when we are ready to step into our power and incorporate our divinity into our humanity. This means that we accept who we are on a spiritual level and then begin to live our life in such a way that we can work with the Universal laws to create the life we want. As we step into that process, though, some of our most cherished relationships may fall away because we are there but they are not. What do we do?

Our spiritual journey is an individual one that we embark on with the singular purpose of healing our own soul lessons. From a soul level we understand that but as we become enmeshed in human connections we forget that each of us is on an individual journey and everyone moves at their own pace. For some, spiritual growth occurs in leaps and bounds. For others, spiritual growth is painfully slow. When those we love can't match the pace of our spiritual growth the result can be emotionally painful.


For spiritual wholeness to occur we must accept our power and divinity. Lightworkers everywhere know that this is what we have been working towards for many lifetimes and many are ready to embrace that concept. But there are many who are not and for them the concept of spiritual power and connection is too difficult to accept so they can't move forward. They still believe that there are other forces that control their life and destiny. One of our biggest challenges is to accept, without judgment, the level at which others progress on their spiritual journey and the choices that they make. Even if we think their choices are terrible.

It is difficult to feel the joy of being in control of our lives and to live in a state of divinity and miracle creation when those we love are struggling. While we can help them, to a point, we can do nothing to speed up their journey. These are choices they must make for themselves. And while they are struggling through them we cannot slow down our own journey to wait for them to catch up. They will, or not, according to their ability to recognize their own connection to Source and their power. One thing we can do is pray for them and send them unconditional love and know that when they are ready for spiritual wholeness they will arrive at that place.

Already this month has seen a great upliftment in energies, and they will continue at a faster pace. You have truly turned a corner that has brought the changes forward, and more certain to manifest in accordance with the Divine Plan. Without your input progress would have been slow, but now your consciousness is being awakened it is bringing more souls into the Light of Truth. Consequently you are experiencing the first signs of the changes, that will lead to a greater revelation of your purpose in being on Earth at this time.

Each of you are not only gaining as individuals, but the mass consciousness is also expanding at a faster rate. As events unfold it is touching more souls, and many who have been in a state of confusion are seeing things more clearly. You are coming together in thought and action, and it is people power at its most potent. Even those who stand in the dark are unable to ignore what is happening, and they too feel the physical changes within their bodies.

What is taking place cannot be totally ignored, as it is like your children’s game of hide and seek, there is always a time when “we are coming ready or not”. Events are backed by First Contact and the coming of great Beings, and many will have to do some serious soul searching. It is a time of decision that will determine if those who are undecided wish to follow the path to Ascension. Many have made their choice and whilst there is an attraction in moving into a New Age, some are simply unprepared for such a change.

At all times the best advice for anyone in doubt, is to follow his or her intuition. No one but them can truly know what they have planned, although it may not yet be part of their waking consciousness. In time there will be no lack of guidance or information, and all channels of contact with the masses will be used. Great programs of instruction have already been formulated, and eventually everyone will be given the opportunity to understand the meaning of the end times.

Some sources interpret change only in terms of chaos, and measure it against prophecies from long ago including biblical visions. We allow for all beliefs, but inform you that you changed your evolutionary path towards the end of the last century. You moved into one that allowed for more peaceful changes, although some physical disturbances are unavoidable. It is because you took another path that the dark have been left behind to fall into a pit of their own making. However, in doing so they cling onto their power refusing to accept their inevitable failure.

You are instrumental in moving events forward, and determine the speed at which the dark finally concede their position. There are none so blind as those who do not want to see, and the dark leaders ignore what is staring them in the face. For eons of time they plotted for success in these closing years, but see it quickly moving beyond their grasp. The more they try to avoid defeat, the more they are revealing the truth about their activities. They are just but one step from being removed, and their demise is unavoidable.

Meantime, you who are the Lightworkers continue to grow in strength, and you are coming together with like kinds. Your power is enabling you to march onwards to your goal knowing that you cannot be stopped. Your success will help bring Mankind out of the Dark Ages into the Light of Truth. Promoting Universal Love will be recognized as the means to achieve success in these times of much selfishness and greed. Abundance is about to change your concepts with its intent to share the wealth of the world fairly. There are many poor humans who exist on a pittance, and that will be remedied as a first priority. There is more than enough wealth to go around to give everyone a reasonable standard of living, and you will be given the tools to do it.

With freedom from slavery and the restoration of fair and just laws, a glow of happiness will come over the Earth. Peace will be possible in regions that have historically been unstable, and old feuds and differences put aside for the greater good of all. It is only your dark leaders that have perpetually kept you at war, and prevented Humanity from expressing its Oneness.

Now the vibrations are rapidly rising up, it is becoming easier to find the Light within and the motivation to express your true selves. You originally came from levels of utter peace and harmony, and were able to express your Love unfettered by the constraints that you have on Earth. That is all changing and you will be able to bring out the higher aspects of yourself, that have been shrouded by the cloying energies of the dark forces. You are breaking out of the lower vibrations, to become beacons of Light that are joining together and bringing about the changes you desire.

Heaven is rejoicing as you awaken, and many Great Beings are able to draw closer to you and their influence is lifting you even higher. These are truly the most moving times, when at last you are able to exercise free expression of all that is pure and wholesome. You are on the high road that leads to victory, and a successful conclusion of this cycle of duality. The chains that have held you down are falling away, and you are breaking loose from the influences and guidance of those who have served the dark forces.

There is not much longer to go before great events will manifest, and you will truly know that you are at the end of your journey. In nature there cannot be a vacuum, and Light will come flooding in where the darkness clouded your eyes to the truth. It will be there for those who are seeking it, and all shall have the opportunity to follow a new path. The Creator has decreed that you shall once again join your fellow souls, from the higher realms in the great upliftment that is taking place. Be in peace and love, and see the beauty and Light that lies beneath the outer covering of your Brothers and Sisters.

I am St. Germain active within your realms, and stand at the helm of Humanity ready to lead it onwards to Ascension. My success is also yours, and it will be the completion of my many lives that have directed you onto the Path of Light. As always, I embrace you with my Love and carry you forward to victory.

"Turn away from the negative talk of friends and family, even though you love them. Love doesn't demand that you pay attention to fear, and if it seems to you that it is demanding this then IT IS NOT LOVE! Love is not deceptive, but corrective. The more you choose love, the more love will work to remove the barriers of fear that you have unconsciously erected.

"Fear, on the other hand, always demands that you focus on it as your
reality. It clings and grabs ahold of you if you allow it. Now,
doesn't this description of fear sound like a typical human
understanding of love? Fear clings and grabs ahold of people and
things, not love. Love knows that it need not hold onto anything, for
IT IS PERFECTION ITSELF. Most humans believe that love demands
sacrifice. This notion is insane! You aren't giving up anything when
you choose love, because love is the only true choice you have. Your
other option, fear, offers you nothing REAL. In light of this, my
friends, what choice do you really have?

"Being that love is perfect, is perfection, nothing else in creation
can stand up to it and replace it. Sure, fear has many methods of
trying to shroud love from your awareness. Fear likes to use as much
noise and distraction as it can to turn you away from seeing the light
of love, and it does so quite forcefully without you even noticing it.
But, alas, despite this silly game of the fearful ego, there is truly
NOTHING to fear at all, not even fear itself. Fear nothing, love
everything! Easy to say, yes, but also easy to DO once you get into a
positive habit of honoring yourself first before you take any action.
There is always that inner voice of your Soul to guide you to take the
highest path and choose the highest actions--and by "highest" I simply
mean those actions that FEEL THE BEST to you.

"Love is quiet, and gently whispers inspirational guidance to you
through the use of your Divine Mind and Sacred Heart. Peaceful
thoughts and feelings come rushing to the fore of your awareness the
more you trust in love. Ain't this grand, this Divine navigational
system that is within you? Why, I still marvel at it myself!

"Listen to love. It knows you. It knows what you REALLY ARE. It KNOWS,
and it blesses you with this same knowing. This is the essence of true
mastery.

CHOOSING REALITY

Because there are myriad realities around us at all times, we must choose our perceptions every minute of every day to string together the reality we wish to experience. We choose our perceptions by calibrating our perceptual filter to filter-in love and filter-out fear. This filter is a frequency-filter, which filters-in the high frequencies of love and filters-out the low frequencies of fear. Our state of consciousness plays an important role in influencing our filter, as it sets a limit as to how high of a frequency we can filter-in and, hence, the realities to which we can choose to attend. Often, our choices of perception are made while in Beta Wave Consciousness, which facilitates survival in our daily reality.
Therefore, we may choose to attend to our inner fear and anxiety or to the many stories of disaster and destruction, as they most immediately affect our survival. Then, because we have chosen to perceive a fearful reality, we will live a fearful life.

On the other hand, if we are in Alpha Wave Consciousness, which is
based on peak performance and creativity, we can more easily choose to
filter-out fear and filter-in perceptions regarding our performance,
creative ideas and the perceptions of what we enjoy experiencing. As an
example, when we are drawing a tree, we will filter-in all the details of
that tree and feel a sense of unity with that tree. On the other hand, when
we are busy at work, we will likely not even notice the tree that is just
outside our window and feel detached from it, as it is filtered-out of our
perceptual field.

With Theta Wave Consciousness we can choose to perceive and attend to
our great storehouse of imagination and our vast potential that has lain
latent in the 85% of our unused brain. By filtering-out our external world,
we can filter-in the vast store of inner stimuli that is unknown to our
mundane mind. While in Delta Wave Consciousness, we so completely filter-out
our physical reality that we can soar through the multidimensional universe.
When we realize these other realities that we can choose to perceive and,
therefore, live, our Beta Wave reality feels like trudging through mud.

Our experience of reality is created by the combination of the light
(thoughts) and the sound (emotions) which we choose to filter-in to our
perceptions. Our unconscious is the realm of our wounded child, ego/self and
core beliefs of limitation and separation. Hence, with unconscious creation,
the purity of our thoughts, light, may be tainted and unclear, and our
emotions, sound, can be fearful. Because we are creating from our fearful
self, we filter-in the familiar tainted light messages and the distorted
sound messages and filter-out the unfamiliar voice of our Soul. Thus, we
choose fear and ignore our Soul to re-create, again and again, the very
reality that we fear.

When we are conscious of our creations, we can remember to choose the
thoughts that linger in our mind and the emotions that sit in our body. To
do this, we must filter-in our inner life of thoughts and emotions during
the operations of our daily life. This expanded perception enlarges our
viewpoint and creates a wider filter, allowing us to perceive that which is
necessary for survival, as well as our inner life that is creating the
manner in which we are choosing to survive. When we create from our
superconscious, we surrender to our Soul who resonates only to the love and
unity of the ONE. We can then easily choose to filter-in the higher
frequency light of positive thoughts and the loving sound of our inner SELF
without any effort or even intention, as we have surrender our "conscious"
act of surveillance of our thoughts and emotions to our superconscious SELF.
In other words, instead of having to constantly "work" to keep our thoughts
positive and our emotions balanced, we just merely surrender to Soul who is
above the effort and fear that creates negative thinking and fearful
emotions.

REVOLVING DOORS

We, the Grounded Ones are vortexes, revolving doors. Through our
two-way vortex, the ONE projects its flow of Unconditional Love into our
earth vessels while we, simultaneously, share our experiences of life in a
manifest reality of form by projecting it back to the ONE through our
consciousness. With our Theta or Delta Consciousness, we can consciously use
the revolving door to retrace the Flow of Unconditional Love back through
our vortex and into the fifth dimension and beyond. From this perspective in
the higher dimensional ONE, which is beyond duality and free from the
limitations of time and space, we can view the third dimension through the
ONE's perspective of HERE and NOW.

When we observe the physical world from the viewpoint of the ONE, we
can see the codes of information on the filaments of Light that make up the
hologram of the third dimension. Hence, through expanding our consciousness
to embrace our true SELF, we gain the perspective of the ONE in which
everyone and everything is united in the hologram life in physical form. It
is through our holographic connection that every person, place, situation
and thing is connected by the "glue" of Unconditional Love.

THROUGH A HIGHER PERSPECTIVE

Experiencing reality through the higher perception of the ONE
facilitates our ability to connect with the Collective, Planetary, Solar,
Galactic and/or Cosmic Consciousness. When we choose to attend to our
expanded consciousness, we can experience not only the reality of our 3D
self, but the myriad realities of our Multidimensional SELF on the fifth
dimension and beyond. Until we have completely integrated our
Multidimensional SELF into our earth vessel, we will need to constantly
surrender these countless perceptions to the Flow, so that we do not become
overwhelmed by multidimensional stimuli. Fortunately, our Soul/SELF has no
issue with expanded perceptions and can easily compute this data.

As we surrender to the Flow of our expanded consciousness, the fears
of our mundane consciousness can be differentiated from the fear within the
Collective and Planetary Consciousness. We can then open our personal vortex
to allow the Unconditional Love of the Solar, Galactic and Cosmic
Consciousness to flood into and heal Earth's Collective and Planetary fears.
With practice, and constant Surrender to Soul, we can walk the third
dimension as an open vortex through which higher consciousness can
consistency be projected into the mundane world.

Everything in the universe has manifested from the Creator's light. This light was first expressed through colour and tone and then as a field of energy that manifested into an endless diversity of forms. We humans are beings of electromagnetic energy, housed in a biological body and our energy has been slowed down in vibration, to a point where it has coalesced into matter. Each of us vibrates at unique and beautiful energy frequencies because each one of us has received an immortal, individual soul - a spark or portion of the Great Creator itself. We are all here to realize a particular aspect of our Creator's potential. Our reality is an indivisible whole and all of Earth's forms, whether flora, fauna or human, consist of energetic waves flowing outward then receding back into the ocean that is creation.

What differentiates one form of energy from another is the speed at which it
vibrates. Light is vibrating at a very high frequency while a rock or large
boulder vibrates at a much lower frequency, but still at a frequency
nonetheless. We humans each vibrate at frequencies that are different from
one another and it's the quality of our thoughts and feelings that
determines the frequency at which each of us vibrates. Our vibration goes
forth, out into the world and attracts other energies moving at a similar
frequency. This is the mechanism by which we all create our own reality and
this is why we can cause a positive shift - if we first raise our own
vibratory energy signature.

When you encounter someone and you describe this person as being
particularly 'vibrant,' it is because this person is vibrating at a higher
frequency so they attract and inspire you. Conversely when we encounter
people who are cynical, negative, uncaring or even trying to bully us, they
are vibrating at a much lower frequency level. We become unhappy and
uncomfortable in their presence and generally move away. These persons
however also perform a service to us by mirroring back what we don't wish to
become ourselves. There is no question here of judgement toward them
personally. Instead the situation can be viewed as a sign post - one that
motivates us to raise our own frequency and to move away from theirs. For
it is by consciously selecting the best and highest ways of being through
which we express ourselves, that we nourish and support this whole process
toward our growth.

There are many other ways to also raise our vibrations by working with
positive affirmations, practicing meditation and seeking out more vibrant
people and friends in our lives. Another simple and practical way is to
consciously choose where we will focus our attention. This should include
those situations and persons that will always be uplifting both for us and
for others. Each of us has the ability affect the world around us simply by
using focused meditation to connect with our Earth (yes, she's vibrating
too), our environments and our fellow humans. Because our intention is what
creates this connection, we have the potential to act as and to create
beacons of light. Each of us through intention can become an oasis of
positive, healing energy that radiates outward, diminishing the energy of
negativity while spreading well being and deep joy. And like tiny ripples
that merge outward to form mighty waves, combined human intent becomes much
more than the sum of its parts. An individual working alone will bring about
positive results by emitting conscious frequencies of love, peace and
goodness. But a group of people all focusing their energy on sending light
and love to the whole world, will set the stage for a positive global
transformation. The light you emit by yourself is a wonderful healing tool
but when you join others in a common intention, a powerful force is created.
The light of this collective consciousness will wash over the entire earth
enveloping people, cities, countries and continents as you share and direct
your collective light.

A Beacon of Light Meditation

Sit quietly for a few moments, breathing regularly as you clear your inner
thoughts. Then visualize the light from your soul centre spreading outward
to fill your aura. Let your light slowly expand to include your home, then
your neighbourhood, your city, your state and country. Finally allow the
light you have created through your loving thoughts to settle around the
entire earth. Realize that you yourself, through the emanations of your
Creator spark, are the centre and source of a beautiful beacon of light.
When you have spread positive energy as far as it can go, relax in that
space then take a moment to return to your present environment. Reflect on
the fact that you are brightening your own soul - that you have blest your
home and the planet - that you have played a positive role in the spiritual
evolution of all people. And so - "Let Your Light Shine Before All Men."

There are times when faced with a focused problem involving two contradicting believes, despite your efforts to eliminate the negative one, you can’t seem to succeed because there is a sense of ‘wrongness’ to question the justification of that belief.

You understand that to move on you must overcome it but you can’t seem to do so because it has always been in your experience of reality. You try focusing on the positive belief only but at the mean time the negative emerges into your awareness too. So how to remove such a deep-rooted belief?

The presence of conflicting beliefs doesn’t necessarily stop you from achieving success. In the event of conflicting beliefs, the stronger ones will always override the weaker ones. It is your dominant beliefs that have the true authority over your reality creation.

You may not be able to get rid of the negative beliefs completely immediately and you don’t have to. Change happens over time. What matters is which are the thoughts you hold in your mind more consistently than the rest. Ultimately it is all a matter of focus.

Keep your focus on what you want instead of what you don’t want. Keep your focus on what is good and less on what is not good. Over time you will get where you want to be, more than where you do not want to be. Over time, your positive beliefs will become more and more real to you and your negative ones will just drop away thereby being automatically eliminated.

By doing courage and facing the past, you can turn negative into positive emotion by finding a different reference to alter your self identity belief. Although your new set of references is small at first, it will build up over time by creating more evidence to it. When your positive set of references becomes bigger than your negative set of references, the latter no longer matters.

If you want to eliminate your beliefs directly, you have to examine the roots of your beliefs. Know your meta beliefs (Beliefs about beliefs). You first have to find out the reason of a belief. And know the reason for the reason of that belief. Go back as far as you can until you get to the core. Look for the essence.

Before you decide to work on eliminating a belief, you first have to find out whether is it really a limiting belief? Depending on how you see it, the belief might be both advantageous and disadvantageous to you in different ways. When you make judgments about whether a belief is positive or negative, that is a meta belief.

Before eliminating a weakness one should see what is on the other side connected to it. It may be that the very weakness which we eliminate is not a weakness at all, but rather a necessary part of strength. For example, one who is tenacious may appear to be stubborn. One who is confident may appear to be cocky. One who is zealous may appear to be proud. One who has conviction may appear to be intolerant.

So often in our sincere desire to improve ourselves we roll into spiritual surgery to remove something that appears to be bad but which is connected to the very thing that makes us unique and successful. This is often caused by egocentricity and is self-introspection. Many individuals deteriorate because they become disenchanted with the very qualities that are necessary for success.

Your sense of ‘wrongness’ to question the justification of a belief signifies a belief you have about questioning that belief.

Ask yourself why do you have that sense of ‘wrongness’. And the reason behind that reason. You have to tackle things on the upper levels before you can properly work with things on the lower levels. Every level is always governed by a higher level. Beliefs of a higher level govern beliefs of a lower level.

Beliefs come from perception. How you perceive a situation in the moment it happens will result in forming a belief about something because it. You may believe something as true as it has always been in your experience of reality. Well, how did you perceive your experience when it happened? What were you thinking about it?

How you perceive something is also the meaning you associate with it when it happens. Ask yourself “I saw this thing happen, so what did it mean to me? Why does it have to mean that way? What else could it also or actually mean?”

If you change how you look at it now, you will start to change your beliefs that formed from it. Start looking at it from more perspectives. Look for the one that empowers you instead of making you powerless. Try reframing the situation.

Your current beliefs are strong because they are attached to references that validate them. A reference is a situation you experienced which caused or resulted in the belief. When you choose to focus on your new beliefs instead, your mind will start finding references that validate them or it will literally create them in your reality. Therefore the new references you find will cause you new belief to free your from the old one.

A reference is also determined by perception. If you change the way you perceive the situation you experienced, you will also change the reference or find another one.

Finally, are your beliefs externally imposed or internally imposed? You have to ask yourself who is controlling your mind in that area? You or society? You have to be true to yourself. Start asking what do you really belief in even if you think it is wrong because others tell you it is wrong. You got to know what your real beliefs are.

So real growth comes from three things. Awareness, Authenticity and Focus.

Seeking awareness and understanding about how things work in your mind and reality, because self knowledge is personal power. Being authentic and looking for essence because that gets you to the core of things. Focusing on the correct things because what you focus on expands.

Our Multidimensional Soul/SELF can see Unconditional Love through its holographic perception. The word “perception” is used rather than “vision,” because our Soul/SELF can receive and consciously register stimuli from all our senses within the same moment. In every portion of a holographic image exists everything that makes up the entire image. For example, if we cut off one leg of a hologram of a chair, we wouldn’t see one leg; we would see the entire chair.

In the same manner, if we were to perceive a hologram of one minute of our day through the perspective of our Multidimensional SELF, we would observe everything that happened in that entire day—that is, sounds, sensations, smells, experiences, knowledge, and most importantly, Unconditional LOVE. LOVE is the "glue" of the Universe. Hence, it is present in every experience, even if the ones which we may consider to be “bad.” Furthermore, from the perception of our Multidimensional SELF, there is no polarity and, therefore, no “bad.” There is only experience, and experience cannot maintain its creation without the “glue” of Unconditional LOVE.

How many times have we had a “bad” experience which, eventually, revealed itself as a life-changing event that directed us into a better, more expanded life? Even the experience of death, which can be devastating to the survivors, is a beautiful return HOME to the one who has transitioned to the other side. If we can view difficult experiences through the observation of our Soul/SELF, we can perceive the Unconditional Love in EVERY person, place, situation or thing, even in the midst of fear, pain and sorrow. Since Unconditional Love is imbued in every experience, we can choose to perceive it by looking through the fear to find the love. When we choose to perceive love, we choose to live love.

Unconditional Love FLOWS from the ONE, and is the foundation and core of all life in all dimensions, manifest as well as unmanifest. In other words, Unconditional Love is not only the cohesive force for Manifest LIFE; it is also the foundation for Potential LIFE. Through our true SELF, our heart is receptive to the continual Flow of Unconditional Love from the ONE. Hence, we can choose to recognize and feel this inner Flow and use our conscious intention to project it out into our daily reality. In this manner, we can create a new reality, as well as heal the existing one. Love is, also, the healing force of the Universe, and Unconditional Love heals unconditionally.

CHOOSING REALITY

Because there are myriad realities around us at all times, we must choose our perceptions every minute of every day to string together the reality we wish to experience. We choose our perceptions by calibrating our perceptual filter to filter-in love and filter-out fear. This filter is a frequency-filter, which filters-in the high frequencies of love and filters-out the low frequencies of fear. Our state of consciousness plays an important role in influencing our filter, as it sets a limit as to how high of a frequency we can filter-in and, hence, the realities to which we can choose to attend. Often, our choices of perception are made while in Beta Wave Consciousness, which facilitates survival in our daily reality. Therefore, we may choose to attend to our inner fear and anxiety or to the many stories of disaster and destruction, as they most immediately affect our survival. Then, because we have chosen to perceive a fearful reality, we will live a fearful life.

On the other hand, if we are in Alpha Wave Consciousness, which is based on peak performance and creativity, we can more easily choose to filter-out fear and filter-in perceptions regarding our performance, creative ideas and the perceptions of what we enjoy experiencing. As an example, when we are drawing a tree, we will filter-in all the details of that tree and feel a sense of unity with that tree. On the other hand, when we are busy at work, we will likely not even notice the tree that is just outside our window and feel detached from it, as it is filtered-out of our perceptual field.

With Theta Wave Consciousness we can choose to perceive and attend to our great storehouse of imagination and our vast potential that has lain latent in the 85% of our unused brain. By filtering-out our external world, we can filter-in the vast store of inner stimuli that is unknown to our mundane mind. While in Delta Wave Consciousness, we so completely filter-out our physical reality that we can soar through the multidimensional universe. When we realize these other realities that we can choose to perceive and, therefore, live, our Beta Wave reality feels like trudging through mud.

Our experience of reality is created by the combination of the light (thoughts) and the sound (emotions) which we choose to filter-in to our perceptions. Our unconscious is the realm of our wounded child, ego/self and core beliefs of limitation and separation. Hence, with unconscious creation, the purity of our thoughts, light, may be tainted and unclear, and our emotions, sound, can be fearful. Because we are creating from our fearful self, we filter-in the familiar tainted light messages and the distorted sound messages and filter-out the unfamiliar voice of our Soul. Thus, we choose fear and ignore our Soul to re-create, again and again, the very reality that we fear.

When we are conscious of our creations, we can remember to choose the thoughts that linger in our mind and the emotions that sit in our body. To do this, we must filter-in our inner life of thoughts and emotions during the operations of our daily life. This expanded perception enlarges our viewpoint and creates a wider filter, allowing us to perceive that which is necessary for survival, as well as our inner life that is creating the manner in which we are choosing to survive. When we create from our superconscious, we surrender to our Soul who resonates only to the love and unity of the ONE. We can then easily choose to filter-in the higher frequency light of positive thoughts and the loving sound of our inner SELF without any effort or even intention, as we have surrender our "conscious" act of surveillance of our thoughts and emotions to our superconscious SELF. In other words, instead of having to constantly "work" to keep our thoughts positive and our emotions balanced, we just merely surrender to Soul who is above the effort and fear that creates negative thinking and fearful emotions.

REVOLVING DOORS

We, the Grounded Ones are vortexes, revolving doors. Through our two-way vortex, the ONE projects its flow of Unconditional Love into our earth vessels while we, simultaneously, share our experiences of life in a manifest reality of form by projecting it back to the ONE through our consciousness. With our Theta or Delta Consciousness, we can consciously use the revolving door to retrace the Flow of Unconditional Love back through our vortex and into the fifth dimension and beyond. From this perspective in the higher dimensional ONE, which is beyond duality and free from the limitations of time and space, we can view the third dimension through the ONE's perspective of HERE and NOW.

When we observe the physical world from the viewpoint of the ONE, we can see the codes of information on the filaments of Light that make up the hologram of the third dimension. Hence, through expanding our consciousness to embrace our true SELF, we gain the perspective of the ONE in which everyone and everything is united in the hologram life in physical form. It is through our holographic connection that every person, place, situation and thing is connected by the "glue" of Unconditional Love.

THROUGH A HIGHER PERSPECTIVE

Experiencing reality through the higher perception of the ONE facilitates our ability to connect with the Collective, Planetary, Solar, Galactic and/or Cosmic Consciousness. When we choose to attend to our expanded consciousness, we can experience not only the reality of our 3D self, but the myriad realities of our Multidimensional SELF on the fifth dimension and beyond. Until we have completely integrated our Multidimensional SELF into our earth vessel, we will need to constantly surrender these countless perceptions to the Flow, so that we do not become overwhelmed by multidimensional stimuli. Fortunately, our Soul/SELF has no issue with expanded perceptions and can easily compute this data.

As we surrender to the Flow of our expanded consciousness, the fears of our mundane consciousness can be differentiated from the fear within the Collective and Planetary Consciousness. We can then open our personal vortex to allow the Unconditional Love of the Solar, Galactic and Cosmic Consciousness to flood into and heal Earth's Collective and Planetary fears. With practice, and constant Surrender to Soul, we can walk the third dimension as an open vortex through which higher consciousness can consistency be projected into the mundane world.

Greetings, beloveds, this is Leah. In this channel's country they are celebrating their independence today. What does this mean? Does it have anything to do with freedom?

Whenever a healing is performed by one of your many practitioners, there are two steps. The first step is to recognize the problem and the second step is to apply a solution. This process is generally agreed upon by both the small ego self and the large spirit self.

Okay, you're saying, "Leah, what does this have to do with
Independence Day in the United States?"

It has everything to do with both your independence AND your freedom.
Dear beloveds, in order to have true independence and freedom, you
must understand exactly what is taking place in the here and now, the
present and eternal moment, and then whatever is out of alignment with
your highest and best soul path must be dealt with from an attentive,
aware state of consciousness. Most of you have a temptation to go into
denial about your state of being. Your entire state of being must be
looked at deeply, directly and honestly. THEN, from that state of what
the channel calls, "brutal honesty," a healing can take place.

As stated many times before by this channel and others, freedom is not
the same thing as independence. Independence refers to the state of
outer conditions and means that a person, place, province, state or
country is not under the rule or dominance of another person, place,
province, state or country. It does not directly have anything to do
with the state of consciousness of that person, place, province, state
or country, although certainly the consciousness of those involved
will have a direct impact on the level of true independence.

Freedom is a spiritual state. True freedom means to be completely free
of all limiting beliefs, crippling emotional attachments, negative
energy patterns, entity possessions, progress-retarding lifestyles,
habits and addictions, controlling and dominating thoughts,
self-depreciating ideas, etc. In essence, it means freedom from
anything internal to the self that keeps the spirit from fully
expressing itself and utilizing its free will effectively.

There is a lot of talk on your world about using free will, but very
few of you truly have free will. Your wills are imprisoned by various
belief systems, including programming and conditioning from your early
childhood and past lifetimes. Most of you are not really free
thinkers. Your thinking is molded by your society, culture, family,
friends, church, government, schools and the like. Only a few of you
have completely stepped out, psychologically and emotionally, from the
traps and illusions of so-called "normal" thinking.

For example, do you believe in death and taxes? You have funny sayings
on your world, such as "Nothing is permanent except death and taxes."
How bizarre. What makes death and taxes so permanent and absolute? We
don't have them on our world. A lot of places outside of Earth have
never heard of death and taxes. Well, perhaps death, since it is a
reality in the lower four densities.

"Leah, you were going to relate this to healing. Are you still
planning to do that?"

Oh yes, there is a method to our madness. In order to fully understand
the healing process, there are two steps. First, you must fully
experience the feelings, emotions, thoughts, energies and patterns of
