You are a vortex of energy, constantly in motion, propelled by events, sounds, colors, everything with which you have sensory contact. You can begin to feel those energies, if you choose to do so. This individual expanding, contracting, vortex of power is fed by springs and streams unknown to you, and when two or more of you are present, we have a combination of energy fields in motion. This greatly increases the potentiality as well as the complexity of what I wish to emphasize.

One analogy to use in talking about who and what you are is to
visualize yourself as a cup or chalice, which is rather how you appear
psychically. The cup has a wonderful openness which is filled with a
mixture of moving energy. Other people present themselves in exactly
the same way, but different essences have difficulty intermingling
with each other because of the walls of the chalice.

If, even for a few moments, you could really touch, taste, and feel
the elixir of wonder in any other cup, the experience would be so
revealing there would be no chance of further separation.
Guilt & You

What then is the major ingredient in the chalice wall that keeps the
inner elixir from being accessible? My friends, it will not be a
surprise when I tell you it is guilt. Guilt!

In the beginning of your earth plane experience, you had one rule to
guide you. It is still the guiding rule - to live harmlessly, to live
as best you can so you harm no one.

And out of the original ability to feel and touch what was harmless,
you were able, in those moments, to see each other with clarity.

As things happened, various rules and regulations, which you now call
religions, began to rise along with various laws. You accumulated a
long array of very specific things to juggle in order to be 'good
enough', certain kinds of food, certain kinds of behavior, thoughts,
actions, emotions, and on and on. So when you were attempting to
connect with the God-Self, obstacles were felt, guilt entered, and you
became afraid to open up the channel to what you call the Divine High
Self of who you are.

The moment guilt came into your awareness, there arose a fear of God.
I have told you before, many of you are afraid of God, because the God
you have created is such a fearful one. This image is simply a
projection from the minds of man and not at all true. Nevertheless,
there remains deeply embedded in the cellular remembrance of your
whole beingness the idea that, if you don't measure up, you are going
to be destroyed, or at best punished by being sent to some dark area,
which sounds far worse than being totally annihilated. This middle
ground is where you go if you are sort of bad or sort of good, and
there you stay until sometime, somehow, something magical happens and
you are no longer in such jeopardy, and they release you to something
else.
Release Fear & Guilt

My friends, I am doing my best to lighten up a very frightening view
of life and God that is embedded in your psyches. Many of you are no
longer actively trying to open up your channel to the Divine. There is
the fear that if you do, you will find that you are not loved. Please
imagine how it must feel inside your consciousness to know there is an
almighty, wondrous God, and at the same time know that It could be
angry at you. Understand, there is a deep part of you that responds to
this belief with fear. Now, given the dilemma, what is the solution?

There are a great many human beings on this earth plane, and you have
been told that the greatest friends you have are each other. So we go
back to our diagram of relationship. Each time you open your mouth, or
use your eyes or your body to connect and make contact with others,
you are doing one of two things: adding to the fear and guilt or
adding to the joy and light in the other person and in the world. You
do not help yourself by dwelling on your own darkness. That is only a
way you keep a negative image of yourself before your consciousness.
What you have to learn is the necessity of sending clear messages
about what you truly want to the Deep Self. Your Deep Self is also an
energy vortex, and it is waiting to be quickened in whatever way you
choose. It waits in eternal patience for you to turn to it on your own
behalf, and when you ask, you must be specific. What exactly is it
that you want? Do you want to find out who you really are, what
reality really is? Then ask the Deep Self to reveal those Truths!

The lower, separated self believes you are a linear, limited, often
ill, often unhappy, poor little worm, walking over the globe in a
chaotic pattern, going you know not where, doing you know not what.
The lower self pleads with God to be delivered from this life as soon
as possible. Each time you open your mouth, you either increase
everyone else's belief in their own lower self, or their belief in
Truth. So, the greatest help you can give to yourself and others is to
constantly remember that you are Light, you are Love, you are
exploding creation, limitless, and harmless.

You are all the things you have yearned so much to be. You could not
yearn to be those things if you were not already there. Please
understand this. What you want to do is build within the wonderful
vessel of your beingness the power of your own remembered, unspecified
Love, the feeling of Love in motion within you, until you can taste
the elixir and feel that it is possible to truly Love all of the
createdness. And it comes out of starting now.

There is nothing magical about enlightenment. Nothing! The Light is in
there, waiting to explode. The light is out here, waiting to join with
what's inside. We have discussed the only thing that stands between
them, which is the chalice itself. The inside is filled, and the
outside is equally filled, but it is the structure of guilt between
that keeps the Light from enlivening you so that It leaves you in a
way that is totally beyond speech. It brings a quickening, an
aliveness to the totality of everything you do, and it is worth
everything to achieve. Begin this day to build your internal power so
that you can literally burst through the barrier of guilt and allow
yourself to re-experience the connection with the One God.

It is not that you have to be 'good', just stop believing you are
'bad'. You can change that belief by experiencing the wonder of who
you are. If you begin every day to sit with your own energy field,
remembering the things you truly are, and dare to tell yourself they
are true, you will quicken the awareness of the Source so strongly
that you will feel It. I mean feel It with a tangibility that will
answer all your questions.
Knowing Who You Are

There is a new term used to describe relationships that aren't
working. The word is 'dysfunctional' and the phrase is 'coming from a
dysfunctional family'. Well, the news is that you all come from
dysfunctional families. And I will tell you why. Because any family
who doesn't know who they are will provide you with a picture of who
you are that is not true. They, out of their own illusory confusion,
have projected onto you the same confusion. All families are
dysfunctional. You can split it up into any degree of dysfunction you
wish, but I see it only one way. You either know who you are, or you
don't!

Until the moment you break through the web of guilt, you will not be
functioning in some way or another. I mean this with all of the Love
that I have. The only thing keeping you from totally knowing who you
are is the gridwork of your own belief of who you are. I will tell you
again, you are total Love, total Divine Power-activated! You are a
symphony of color and sound, past the wildest imaginings of your
physical body, which illuminates your mind and heart. That is who you
are. Anything short of that is a lie, and I beg you to stop
perpetuating the lie.

As your birthright, you have the ability to break through the blockage
of guilt and experience yourself totally. You cannot shovel out the
darkness. It will take forever.

The best way to fill a room with light is to open the window. Your job
is to do it all the time. When someone is saying something to you that
is born in illusion, instead of participating in the lie, become very
still within, remember and activate the memory of that which you seek.
In the face of any of your own dismal thoughts, stop and remember you
are part of the Divine. Do not try to be perfect. You are never going
to make it. Do you understand?

You cannot be perfect in a physical body because the physical body
sees things as separated. But out of the growing power within, you can
explode out of the dream of separation into the reality of Oneness.

In a relationship, what you see of a person most of the time is an
illusory reflection shining back off the chalice itself, preventing
you from seeing into the depths. You are always in relationship, and I
am not talking about love affairs. They are only a small part of
relationship. I am talking about life, about relating to everyone you
see. Every moment of your day, when you are in the presence of
another, you have the opportunity to increase your movement toward
enlightenment. If you decide to increase your ability to experience
Godness within, when you look at the other person, you must remember
that they, too, are God. What happens then is you increase your
vibration and release 'God' energy into the atmosphere around you.

In that instant, you activate in some measure the other person's own
remembrance. You are the mirrors, each for the other. And when you
remember that as much as you can, you will be incredibly helpful to
each other.

That is why an Enlightened One is helpful. They look at you and start
to laugh. Do you really believe that's who you are? Do you really
believe in those limitations? Do you really? If they don't, if you
have a teacher who scolds you, get a new teacher! Because anyone who
does not see that you are God manifesting hasn't had the full
experience of enlightenment. So don't be scolded. You have been
scolded enough, and you scold yourselves endlessly. If you want a real
teacher, please get someone who knows you are playing a game and will
reflect back who you truly are.
Being All Right

What you are being asked to give up is what the 'lower' self loves
best, which is the desire to be right. This illusory self adores being
right, because being right also means being all-right. And being
alright makes you feel, for a moment, more secure. So be watchful,
because the only question that ever arises when you are dealing with
the Vast Self is this, "Are you willing to lay down everything else in
order to reflect the truth?" And the truth is the reality of the
Light, Love, Power, and total amazement of who you all really are.

Every time you help your brother or sister to see this, you have
helped yourself. It cannot be other than that, and so I ask those of
you who really want to experience Light in the mind and in the heart
to begin in this simple way. Remember! Whatever else is going on,
don't forget! And each time you remember, trust that you are building
the energy in your body. There is nothing new outside of you that
isn't inside, and you build that energy by your own sweet remembrance.
Do it now, or do it later, but you will do it, because a deep part of
the human consciousness has an incredible longing to be Free.

I often use the word Freedom because it best reflects the feeling of
breaking loose from the chains of illusion and soaring into the
Vastness. The dropping of the heaviness of earth plane illusion and
the knowing of who you are cannot be conveyed by words. I just beg you
to do it. The number of moments you build this power will determine
the moment of your Freedom. You lift off and out and you are no longer
encased. You know - it's done! You know you are God, always have been,
could never be anything else, and in that wondrous moment, you know
you have everything. The only thing I think worth doing is to build
the power so you can know.

Can you not feel the excitement that is growing, as you get ever nearer to those welcome changes that will totally re-shape your lives? Something is in the air, and even those who have little if any knowledge of the period that is approaching are beginning to sense it. The dark create chaos because that is their way, and at the same time the Light is also creating changes but these will be permanent. You are by nature sensitive to the energies around you, and those coming in are lifting up your consciousness to a new level of awareness.

No one likes to feel that their view of life and its purpose could be different to their long held beliefs. However it would be wise to have an open mind as once the changes commence they will happen very quickly. There is nothing in the plan for Mankind that is objectionable or without the ability to move life into a new and uplifting era. It is a matter of making up for lost time, and bridging the gap between your present levels of experience and your quality of life. You would not want to stay in duality for any longer than you need, and this period having peeked will fade away as all cycles end. It happens along with the introduction of a new phase of life, which as it becomes established will bring upliftment.

Major changes are afoot, and you will know without doubt that the efforts of the Spirituality Hierarchy, the Galactic Federation and their allies have paid off. Most of this work has of necessity been carried out quietly and efficiently, and largely without your knowledge. Out of interest and to gather your support we have outlined our plan many times, but also altered it to follow events upon Earth. However, it has never deviated from its ultimate aim to release you from the control of the Illuminati, and open up the path of Light to Ascension.

You have only to look around you to see that there is much activity being carried out by the people. They know changes must take place even if they are not quite sure how they will be achieved. You cannot go on in the present circumstances without realizing that Man is on a collision course, deliberately planned by the dark forces. There was a time when they could hide away and there actions were hardly noted. Now they have to come out into the open and the deceit and lies are apparent. We have told you this is a time when the truth must come out, and there is much that will eventually be revealed that will cause a shock re-action.

Have no fear however, because the plan to take you forward is well advanced and already unfolding. New world leadership is of vital importance, and it will start in America and other countries will quickly follow suit. It will happen that way, because people will recognize that there is no other option if you wish to leave the old behind. You do not really have to be concerned about what will happen those perpetrators of the many criminal acts against Humanity. They will be exposed and their crimes made known, so that you are aware of the way in which you have been manipulated and used during the last century.

Judgement and subsequent punishment will be according to your laws. However, remember that the greatest trial is self-judgement which all of you experience once you have left Earth. It is the examination of your actions and the reasons for them in the Light of the Truth, and you will accept your failings as experiences that nevertheless call for your understanding. It is you who ultimately decide how you will overcome them, although in the end-times the Law of Grace will allow for lessons to be learnt without the need to go through them again. As you have often been told, the Creator does not punish or castigate any soul however low they have fallen. It is you every time who choose your pathway out of the dark and into the Light.

You are never alone on your journeys, and should you turn to the Light for help it will be there. It has always been that way, and you are accompanied by many Beings who through their love for you are your constant companions. At this momentous time there are Higher Beings that have the whole of Mankind within their Light, and they will ensure that the path to the Golden Age is opened up for you. It is through your rising consciousness that you are now able to grasp the importance of these times. You are opening up and able to leave the old influences behind, as you realize that they are no longer of value to you their lessons having been learnt.

You do not necessarily have to join groups to find your Light and true Self, because all answers are within. However, sometimes it strengthens your beliefs to find others who have trodden the same path. Your direction will be clear when the Masters return to Earth to address those who are carrying the traditional views of organized religion. The truth will remain once the distortions of their teachings have been removed. Then shall it be possible to re-unite Man behind a common understanding as intended.

God is All Love and that will be the main thrust of all new teachings. There is in reality no separation between you, except that the difference in the interpretation of God’s Laws has caused divisions. You will become One once again, with a full understanding of your true relationship to the Creator. The Truth will release you from the guidance of your lower self, which reflects your many dark experiences you have been through over eons of time. You will easily move into the Light as your understanding encompasses the truth of the real you. You are glorious Beings of Light that have allowed yourselves to experience the dark energies as part of your evolution, and now that period has almost been completed.

I am St. Germain and greatly uplifted by the changes within Mankind. You have broken out of the lower dimension that have held you captive, and reach up into the Light. Now you are recognizing your true selves as Beings of Light, and finding peace of mind and the love in your hearts that has always been there. You are feeling free to express yourselves in accordance with the guidance of your Higher Self, and it is wonderful to see these changes occurring.

We have all come a long way together, and now our journey shall continue in Love and Light. Wonderful times beckon and at last you shall be free from the dark influences that have held you back. Heaven is opening up its realms of limitless experiences to you, and the joy and happiness it will bring. No longer shall you journey through the Light with a lack of understanding. You will be fully enlightened and have reclaimed your places as the Angels you are. Accept the future as your path back to the Light from whence you originally came. Accept your greatness and Oneness with all else and live in that understanding now, and you will be laying out that pathway to re-union with your Higher Self. Live in your true potential now, and your upliftment will go speeding ahead. Be Love, think Love, act Love and that is all you need to do.

Finding The Master Within

There comes a time in an individual's spiritual evolution when every
seeker/person on a spiritual or philosophical quest, must come to the
realization that all higher knowledge, higher truth, and all higher wisdom can only be revealed through their own being.

We all endure periods of doubt and fear, and moments where clarity seems to elude us. At times like these, we all yearn for a hand to hold or, more often, an inner foundation to stand on -- a place within ourselves that will rise up and elevate us into a position of strength and clarity. We want our questions to be answered and our dilemmas to be resolved.

Many New Age explorers call this inner foundation the Higher-Self, or the
Superconscious mind, while others refer to that well of wisdom calmly
residing deep inside our minds, as the conscience, or simply the clear voice of the soul. Regardless of what name it is given, this part of the human psyche is eagerly sought after because, on a more subtle level, all humans are aware that once this inner voice is found, understood, and listened to, one can then attain great wisdom and self-mastery.

Attuning to this opens the door ways to the infinite, and, when one accesses the infinite, all questions are answered, all dilemmas resolved.

Help Along The Way

Teachers can undoubtedly help you in this journey to the Higher-Self. Those
in search of understanding need guides, people to appear at the right time
in your growth to lead you to higher and higher levels. These guides can
help you avoid the classic pitfalls in spiritual growth: illusion, doubt,
and the innocence of ignorance. They can and do hurry you along through
lessons that might have otherwise gotten you permanently stuck, smoothing
the way with their insightful thoughts and directions. Being outside of you,
they can be objective and are more readily able to see what's holding you
back, or what you need to learn to quickly move on. This feedback and
direction can be indispensable as long as it leads you to a greater
awareness of your own power, and less and less of an attachment to the
teacher as you progress. You must identify the success of your growth with
your own effort and ability to be truly empowered.

Written information from books is also important. At this time in history,
we are blessed with an unparalleled variety and abundance of teachings
available to every member of our society. Ancient scriptures sit alongside
the latest book, giving us the opportunity to look backward and forward, as
well as at the most interesting period of history one can experience,
current history. Books can be a wonderful foundation to build upon. The
ideas of great philosophers can lift you to great heights. But why? The
wisdom of these sages or beings must somehow resonate within you to truly
affect and expand you. If a reader cannot relate to an idea, or recognize a
virtue within themselves, then how can any knowledge be received? Written
wisdom is only helpful when it leads you back to yourself. Even this article is limited unless it sparks something in the mind of you, the reader.

The ultimate form of knowledge can only come from experience. What a book
says, or what a teacher relates, are truly only words until an individual
comes to an understanding through direct experience. Experience transcends
all forms of learning because, in those precious moments, you are communing
with your own higher being. It's the difference between happily admiring the Moon through a telescope in your backyard, and actually travelling to the Moon and proudly standing, in awe, upon its surface. We are all spiritual explorers, and should never let another human being take that magical journey for us.

You can visualize, listen to channeled guides, sit at the feet of great
masters, or buy their videos; but the next time you are in turmoil, trust
that you can ease your inner storm. If you have a question nagging at you,
trust that you can ask yourself for the answer. Your mind will respond. Your Higher-Self, your Soul, will talk back to you.

Accessing The Inner

A simple exercise to access the Higher-Self is to sit in a comfortable
position with your eyes closed, take a few slow deep breaths, and get
relaxed. When you feel calm, formulate a question in your mind, ask it
mentally, and then let your mind become silent. It's important to give
yourself a minute or so of inner silence for a response. Be patient and wait to see what you get back -- it may be a word or a phrase that pops into your thoughts, a picture could drift into your mind's eye, or you may just get a feeling. The Higher-Self communicates in a variety of ways, so be flexible and open minded.

When you get an answer, and you always will, take your response and see how
it relates to your question. It may be a direct answer, or it may guide you
toward a plan of action. By working with this simple exercise on a daily
basis, you will find that your Higher-Self is always sending you messages.

This exercise simply allows you to become receptive to that constant flow of messages being sent from your Higher-Self. You can do this in the morning, or before bed, or even just walking down a street. Try it and watch the results. In time, you can create a dialogue with your Higher-Self. Work with this. Have fun experimenting with talking to your Higher-Self, and you may just discover the greatest teacher you will ever encounter, the master within.

My Dear Friends,

The greatest ties between people are no ties at all. Just a gentle allowing--- within and without. Harm no one. Do what thou wilt. Let yourself be. Let others be what they will be.

It begins in chaos, because boundaries inevitably must be tested.
Then, it moves to anxious introspect-- as you learn to see yourself in
the reflections of your "other." Finally, it graduates into a single,
harmonized FLOW.....as self-examination turns to SELF
KNOWLEDGE... ..and projections of power and shadow expand into wild,
ecstatic exploration of All, as SELF.

In days past, your gaze has been intensely fixed upon those levels of
being which were most dense, most compacted, most unyielding to your
touch. The physical self. An addiction to struggle. Other levels of
Being--the higher, lighter, easier dimensions-- were contacted only
fleetingly, out of the corner of your eye.

Why not turn that around? Let your most intensive focus be INWARD,
contemplating not just WHAT IS, but also WHAT COULD BE. Place your
deepest investment THERE, navigating physical reality fleetingly, out
of the corner of your eye.

It will be tricky at first---as you measure how much (or how little)
struggle a person truly needs in order to get by in this world. Look
beyond that which screams for your attention. Let it go. Let go all
vexation and despair. Move your attention to the little
things...... .that whisper and wink and play happily before you.
Learn to appreciate the subtlety, the nuances of life.

Little by little, dreams become reality, even as reality becomes a
dream. And you mix and mingle each level according to YOUR desire,
YOUR sacred choosing. And it begins. The Age of Conscious Choice.
Your own World of Time/No-Time. "

Beloved masters, on the earthly plane of existence, human Beings rejoice at the birth of a child, for it is indeed a miracle of creation, and they mourn the death of a loved one, for they feel a personal loss of that person from their midst. However, death is also a miracle and, from a spiritual point of view, it is a time of rejoicing, for it is a time of returning to a truer "state of Being."

We have spoken of ‘diminished consciousness,’ and it is time for you to understand that the ascension process entails expanding your awareness to integrate all the facets of conscious expression. You are not just a human Being with a soul, you are a wondrous Being who has experienced a tremendous variety of physical ‘expressions of consciousness.’

In ancient times, when you experienced the material realms in semi-solid or in solid form to varying degrees (while in the highest-fourth and lower-fifth dimensions, either on Earth or other planets in your solar system or galaxy), you kept the same form for a much longer time than you do now.

In fact, you kept the same physical vessel for thousands of years by your timekeeping. The transition process and the relinquishing of a physical vessel at the end of a lifetime was as natural as discarding a suit of old clothes. Death as you now know it did not exist until humanity sank into the density of the third/fourth dimensions, and you forgot that your sojourn on Earth was only a very short interlude amongst a vast array of experiences while on your wondrous journey throughout the cosmos.

After a moving farewell ceremony, the departing soul stepped into a special ‘transition fountain’ where the Violet Flame of Transformation blazed brightly (the Violet Flame is not hot, but cool and soothing), and he/she was immediately transported to the appropriate higher-dimensional environment. Those who were left behind in the physical realm could communicate telepathically with their departed loved ones, and they knew that they would meet again sometime in the future. They also knew that they could interact etherically with their loved ones during their nightly sojourns, for their nightly travels were as real and memorable as their daytime experiences.

Some time in the future, humanity will cease to fear death and will understand that it is an integral part of the creative process. There is a natural flow of birth, death/transition, rest and assimilation, and rebirth in order to experience the wondrous variety of shapes, sizes, forms and realities available to you as a cocreator. In the meantime, you must release many of your old ‘fixed’ ideas and taboos about death and the hereafter, and come to the realization that the life you are now experiencing is only a ‘moment’ in universal time.

One of the most important things for you to understand is that everything you experience begins ‘within.’ You are a microcosm or a miniature universe within the macrocosm which contains the totality of the Omniversal experience. You have been described as a ‘cell’ within the heart/mind of the Supreme/Creator and this is a valid description. Everything in Creation contains ‘Essence,’ the Love/Light Energy of Creation, or a Spark of the Divine. This Light spectrum was sent forth in diminished levels of ‘illumination’ to our Father/Mother God and the great Beings who helped create this universe. None of the manifested universes would exist without it and neither could you.



You have often read/heard of someone who has had a ‘near-death’ experience, and how they were drawn into the Light. Most often, the experience is the same with only a few variations. Usually, gravely ill or in a traumatic situation, the person is drawn into the ‘Light’ and they are infused with a sense of bliss and incredible, overwhelming love. Often, they will see a well-known ‘Being of Light’ or, sometimes, a loved one who has passed on. They usually have a feeling that they can only go so far toward the Light, and are then drawn back into their physical body once more. At times, the Light Being speaks with them, but not always. Sometimes, they are given a choice to return to their physical existence or continue toward the Light and, other times, they are told they must return, for their mission is not complete.

Just as we have explained that the ‘Veil’ is not ‘out there’ but within your own brain structure, it is the same with the near-death experience. It all takes place within your own higher-dimensional ‘Sacred Mind,’ orchestrated by your Higher Self. A near-death experience is usually a crossroad in life, a decision time and an opportunity to step onto the path of illumination and, quite often, but not always, a ‘soul-merge’ occurs whereby a vaster part of your Soul-Self, which resides in your Soul Star chakra (approximately six to eight inches above your head), moves into your Sacred Heart center and begins the process of becoming the director of your life’s experiences instead of the ego-desire personality. During the near-death experience, there is a chemical reaction that takes place which facilitates the admittance to a portion of the higher mind, and thereby allows access to specific areas of the brain which contain some of the ‘Light Packets of Wisdom’ stored within. These Light Packets are composed of higher frequencies of Light and contain information that the person cannot ordinarily access. This not only feels and looks different to the person’s conscious mind, but often gives them access to a portion of their history, and sometimes of their lineage and other important information.

Remember this, everything you have ever experienced and all that you are, from the first time you came into your individualized consciousness as a Spark of the Divine, and became conscious of the fact that ‘I AM That, I AM - I AM a Facet of the Creator,’ is stored within the Light Packets of Wisdom in the higher dimensional levels of the brain. Stored within your brain structure and within your chakra system are all the virtues, attributes, qualities and aspects of the Supreme Creator. They are waiting for you to claim ‘the keys to the kingdom,’ by integrating the higher frequencies of Light which will give you access to all the magnificence of your Divine Heritage.

You have an etheric body which contains a complete, authentic replica of your physical, mental and emotional bodies. When you die or completely leave your body, the Silver Cord (as it is called), is severed and you totally vacate the physical vessel, which immediately begins to disintegrate. Your soul has slowly been merging with your etheric body, and you then move outward into the realms of the higher dimensions.

Many of you have a false conception of what it is like in the higher dimensions. The higher realms are not a nebulous, unsubstantial environment, but will seem no different to you than your earthly physical surroundings; however, as you will observe over time, there are many differences. When you pass over, you will have form and substance. Yes, your form will be more refined and not as solid as it is in the third/fourth-dimensional environment, but you will feel solid and everything around you will have form and order as well. The level you are attuned to or compatible with will determine how ‘consciously aware’ you are, and the abilities you will have, as well as how your surrounding environment will look.

Again, the frequencies you project or resonate to will determine which dimension or sub-plane dimensional level you will go to, and also what level of ‘cosmic information’ you will be able to access. Your auric field is like a cloak that surrounds your etheric or astral body, and it is either a cloak of Light or a shroud of negative, inharmonious energy you have accumulated over your many past lifetime experiences.

We have explained this in the past; however, it is important that you have a clear understanding of the transition process, and so we will again give you a brief recap of what occurs after a soul leaves the physical body. Those who are ‘en-Lighten-ed’ and self-aware are immediately taken before their guardian council to review their past life, not a judgment, just a review to see what challenges and opportunities were met in a positive manner, with love and compassion, and which tasks were not completed and, therefore, will have to be experienced again. You cannot hide anything from anyone in the higher realms, for your aura tells your complete story and everyone can see the ‘radiance and lightness’ of your Spirit-Self, or the lack there of. Your form will be beautiful and perfect and you may appear to be any age or in any form you desire.

You have many choices to make after you complete the ‘review process.’ You can go to the universities of learning in various star systems, you can serve in a multitude of capacities, you can enjoy the beauty of Creation and practice your ‘creation skills,’ or any variety of experiences too vast to outline here. Soul advancement is not as rapid in the higher realms as it is in the physical body, for you are aware of the universal laws and there are immediate results from your thoughts and actions. That is why everyone is so anxious to incarnate on the earthly plane, even though it is fraught with challenges, limitation, and often pain and suffering. Even though it may be difficult to believe, it is a wonderful opportunity and a great privilege to be embodied on planet Earth at this time of great transformation, and there are many souls ‘standing in the wings’ hoping to have an opportunity to return to Earth and be a part of this wondrous evolutionary process.

Along with your willingness to come to Earth and to share your ‘Light’ in order to assist humanity and your planet, you were given an opportunity to embody as much of your Divine Self as you could contain and use; that is the Golden Promise that was made to you before you returned to Earth for this life’s experience. It was/is an unprecedented opportunity to integrate your God Consciousness and return to your true estate as a Being of Light.

It is a different story for those who have lived a life of hate, fear and aggression toward others or have a great accumulation of negative karmic debt to overcome. These souls are taken to what could be termed an ‘intensive care unit’ where they are lovingly cared for by a host of Angels of Mercy. These souls are encased in a prison of their own making (their distorted auric field), and they will live in a dream state that consists of their beliefs, negative actions, and unrealistic concepts. It is the closest thing to what could be termed ‘hell’ or ‘purgatory,’ for they are living in a world of lower frequency thought forms they have created on Earth during their many lifetime experiences. The Angels of Mercy constantly radiate the Love/Light of the Creator to them and, slowly, over time, and depending how dense the negative field is, the elixir of love gradually penetrates and dissolves the shell around the etheric body and the soul. There is always an opportunity to make restitution even though it may take aeons to do so, depending on the severity and the magnitude of negativity involved.

Allow us to clear up another fallacy: it is not ‘sinful’ to commit suicide or for a person to abdicate his/her life before his/her mission is complete. There are many reasons people decide to terminate their life or sacrifice their life for another. At times it is initiated by an overwhelming burden of shame, guilt or fear, sometimes for misplaced altruistic reasons (usually resulting from a martyr complex), or when a person has a terminal illness and the pain has become unbearable. These souls will be shown how to rectify the situations which caused their suffering, pain or illness, and will be given another opportunity to ‘get it right.’ If a person decides to end his/her life because of the painful situations they have created for themselves, they will not be able to avoid those same circumstances in a future lifetime, and so it just postpones the challenges and opportunities to learn their life lessons.

Remember, you are always your own judge and you decide, with the assistance of your guardian council, what the major details of your next life’s experience will be. When in the environment of the higher dimensions, a soul is always eager to rectify past mistakes so the auric field may be cleared of any inharmonious vibrational patterns, and the journey toward en-Lighten-ment may continue. It matters not if people deny the truth in what we are conveying to you, it is the Living truth and universal law never-the-less, and every soul is affected and ruled by the tenets of the Divine Plane, whether they believe or not. Here again, the inner veil applies and you must break through the limitations of the negative third/fourth-dimensional environment in order to gain access to an expanded, wondrous connection to the Creator. You always have been and always will be connected to the ALL THAT IS. The sense of disconnection is all within your ‘mind,’ and the way to ‘unlock the door’ to the River of Life is within the SACRED HEART. Open your hearts, beloveds, so that you may be filled to overflowing with the Divine Elixir of Life. Know that we are ever near to guide, inspire and protect you.

You really should take your dreams seriously! They are the expression of the fears, anxieties, hopes and emotions contained in your subconscious mind. They are the symbolic representation of the information that is stored and organized by your subconscious. They are the key to unlocking your future.

You don't always remember your dreams but in fact you dream virtually every night and usually between five and seven times. Over a typical lifetime that adds up to something like six years of dreaming. So doesn't it make sense to be able to grab hold of all their power to help you to achieve your goals?

You simply must learn to set clearly defined goals if you want to carve out a path towards the realisation of your life's ambitions. But equally importantly you must have a plan of how you are going to achieve them. Your path to fulfilling your goals needs a map to sit upon.

You will find many ways of defining your plan but one sure-fire route that is often overlooked is that of using the power of your dreams.

Contained within your subconscious mind are mountains of information that is not readily available to you when you are awake. But your dreaming mind will reveal this hidden source of data. It could be in the form of secret desires or longings. Or maybe unknown inner fears will be discovered which, through the process of dream analysis, you can learn to overcome.

You see, your dreams are an extension of how you really feel about yourself. Once you are able to recall and understand their content you will develop the power to increase your self-knowledge, self-awareness and self-belief.

You will confront and express your inner feelings in your dream state and by learning how to recall them, analyse them and understand them, you will gain a more positive approach and develop your personal skills and qualities.

Your subconscious mind is full of your inner fears and anxieties. It contains many of the reasons why you may worry and have doubts. By recalling and then understanding your dreams you will be better equipped to deal with the more stressful aspects of your life.

You are faced with many decisions each day. Some are simple, like what to eat or what to wear, but there will be many more important decisions to make regarding areas of your life like relationships or your career. Remembering your dreams and analyzing their meaning will reveal the wisdom that will help you to make those life-changing decisions.

Learning to interpret the dreams you have each night can truly open up a route to achieving your goals. But there is more you can do. You can actually learn to influence what you dream about and so be able to focus on the important areas of your life. By concentrating on the goals you have set you can ensure that they are reflected in the content of your dreams. You simply have to make sure that your subconscious mind is loaded with information on the subject concerned.

So during your waking hours find as much time as you can to read about your topic. Watch films and DVDs about the subject and research it on the Internet. Depending on what it is, you may also be able to view maps, photographs or works of art. This will all help to prepare your mind to have dreams relating to your goals.

You can also try visualization. Use it to see yourself as you will be having achieved your ambitions. Look how you feel and examine the benefits you have gained. Try to clearly picture the things around you, especially those material things like cars or houses that may feature in your goals. You will increase the chances of influencing what you dream about by especially using this technique at bed time just before you go off to sleep.

You can also feed your subconscious mind with the right sort of facts and images through the use of positive affirmation. Use short concise statements set in the present tense to reinforce your objectives and repeat them to yourself during the day whenever you can. You should also write them down and leave them in a prominent position so that you can see and read them often. Take one statement relating to one goal at a time and repeat it to yourself as you drift off to sleep each night.

Combine each of these methods and you will soon gain a fuller understanding of your dreams and how you can influence them to help you to achieve your goals. Very soon you will see the benefits as achieving your life goals becomes reality.

So set yourself a new goal today to start using the power of your dreams to help you to achieve your goals.

In all of our Oneness, what are we to do? We are to walk in faith and
remain in our joy. Any challenges we are presented we are to turn to our
inner knowing and act on it. Doubt is no longer something to ponder. Like
a weed, it can take over and choke out the light of your faith.

If we anticipate a cloud of doom, we will bring this cloud into our
experience. If we turn this cloud over to God Source it shall dissipate.
In other words, do not buy into it! This is what it means to hold the
light.

To be in our Oneness does not mean we will not have challenges. What it
means is we have the "means" to rise above our challenges. To rise above is
to see beyond the illusion and to remember, in our Oneness, all things are
possible. Command in God's name, in your Oneness, and it shall be done!

To know that we are in a world where there are those who know Source and
those who do not, we can forgive those who do not. If we can hold the
vision of the promise of this Heavenly realm, we can see through any cloud
or illusion. Rejoice with others who see and know! We can receive the
comfort and understanding that we may need to put it in God's hands and out
of our present realm. It is just a matter of practicing, readjusting our
thinking, and choosing to believe.

To know, where we place our focus determines what we will manifest. This is
one thing we need to keep in mind at the present time. Realigning our focus
to embrace a different world is what we can do and be conscious where we
place our attention and focus. Focus on the Divine and connect with the
Universal God Mind and we shall be guided through any murky waters.
Practice on the little things and then the big things will be just as easy
in this simple knowing. Prove God in your life and demonstrate his love and
gifts for all to see.

As God also created the Heavens and Universe, he also created life on other
planets. Just like Earth, there are those who know Him and those who do
not. And there are also those who pretend to know God and serve Him. When
you know Him, you will know the difference. Ask for the clarity to see, the
fine tuning to hear and the wisdom to know. Follow no one but your own
divine inner guidance, God within.

Fear no thing and walk in your Oneness. And when it is time to sleep
cleanse your soul of any untruth, repent in choosing to think differently
and align to Source so you can enjoy this wonderful gift of being in "no
time" where you are at peace in the stillness of the night. Ask and ye
shall receive, seek and ye shall find. Lest we not forget this little
phrase and experience the miracles in demonstrating the truth in this
statement.

Nurture yourself in the same way that you nurture others and bless
everything you put into your body to raise its vibration to provide you with
the nourishment that you need to maintain your health.

And last but not least, give thanks for all the blessings you have been
given and for your that which you request from above. "Blessed are the
meek, for they shall inherit the Earth."

Meek: Mild in manner, (patience without resentment), Submissive to Thy Will,
and Moderate, not violent or forcing ones own will.
